In the pretty market-town of Tonbridge. 3-minute walk from the station with quick links to London and the coast, and 1-minute walk from a large park with boating, crazy golf, table tennis, skate park etc. Outside area and parking for 2 cars. Tonbridge boasts 2 large supermarkets and many cafes, restaurants, bars, and 2 theatres.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Breathtaking lakeside lodge within 10 minute walk to the centre of Tenterden with vibrant cafes/bars and restaurants. Close to Rye, Camber Sands, Hastings, Chapel Down and National Trust Properties. Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom accommodation with modern kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway
