Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. This adorable apartment has it all! The peacocks perch has wifi, Air-conditioning and heat. Enjoy a jet bath with a glass of your favorite beverage in the large tub. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise. We are located 10 easy miles from Ithaca NY in the beautiful Finger lakes region! we are less than 1/2 day trips from NYC, NJ, PA, Rochester and Buffalo. Robins Brook is a Bright Roomy Outback Camper nestled in the heart of the Fingerlakes. Our Camper is perfect for a family of 4. There are several sleeping options in this Unit; a set of bunk beds on one end; a queen on the other; or both the table and couch pull down into beds if you prefer. There is air conditioning for the hot months of summer and a furnace for those who prefer some Fall camping. There is a firepit located outside which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and weenies.

Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

(people come from all across the country to see him) Visit Cornell University or come and visit the beautiful nearby waterfalls. This area is an absolutely beautiful place to visit and our guest house is just 7 minutes to Cornell by car or bus.
