Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. There are several sleeping options in this Unit; a set of bunk beds on one end; a queen on the other; or both the table and couch pull down into beds if you prefer. There is air conditioning for the hot months of summer and a furnace for those who prefer some Fall camping. There is a firepit located outside which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and weenies.

Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. If you are arriving during this time you are welcome to join us!
