Cozy Cottage with 3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms

Truly cozy little cottage; comfortable, simple, and perfect for our needs. Perhaps a bit "rough around the edges," but it's not without charm. Organic breakfast was a nice touch. Beautiful, quiet and very rural location with downtown Ithaca only 10 minutes away.

Private Wooded Retreat close to Cornell

LydiaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Great experience at Lili's! We brought our senior dog, Nala for a pupcation with us and Lili's home was perfect for our little family of 3. Definitely room for more if your family is bigger. Loved all the little touches like actual butter and eggs waiting in the fridge along with fresh local apples (holy COW those empire apples were insanely good), dog towels and instructions on paths to explore around the property, very comfortable couch and bed to relax in after a long day of exploring. I'm a celiac and have to eat GF and loved seeing things like GF pasta and oats in the pantry for guests- so thoughtful. We mainly came to explore Ithaca + Watkins Glen and the surrounding area and were blown away by how dog friendly everything was! Will quickly leave recs here if you are GF and want to know the best places to gorge yourself: Brekkie/Lunch-> Cafe Dewitt in Ithaca, Dinner-> North Star Bar in Ithaca. And if you do dairy definitely get ice cream from Cayuga Creamery in Ithaca.

Spacious Rooms in Cozy House (2)

CarolRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A cozy and comfortable home. I did not get to meet Suzie, but she was responsive and left me some notes to check in about my stay. I loved the location, right downtown but easy access to the Cornell Campus. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would recommend Suzie's place. Thanks.

Room w/ Farm Breakfast, Hiking, 13 Min to Cornell

KarenRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Mike and Kate are very nice people and gracious hosts! They were great at communicating the details of their place, how to check in, what to expect, etc. We liked the room that we stayed in and there was ample parking for our car. They had good suggestions on where to go and explore, but we unfortunately didn't have time on this trip. Overall, a very nice stay with very nice people and we would stay there again!

Pet friendly studio with beautiful sunsets

BeverlyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
To be honest, I would love to have a little studio exactly like that to live in... I'm retired and that would be perfect for me and my 12 lb havanese... It was a little out of the way, but I'd highly recommend to anyone...

Private, cozy Danby getaway

PaulaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Melanie's place. The apartment was clean, neat, modern, and so nicely decorated. Her home is in a quiet, private, wooded setting that's a short drive from Ithaca - what a great location! Melanie was friendly and messaged us several times during our stay to make sure it was going well. As others have mentioned, we really appreciated the snacks (granola bars, yogurt, instant oatmeal) and fruit that Melanie left for us. Highly recommend this airbnb if you are looking for a fully-equipped, clean and private 1-bedroom apartment near Ithaca! Check out the cool covered bridge in Newfield, only 10 minutes away. We also had a very good breakfast at the Sunset Grill just down the road from Melanie's airbnb - prices were reasonable.
A private deck features red wooden flooring and railings, complemented by a black chair and small white table. A welcome mat sits at the entrance, while natural scenery is visible in the background, with trees and greenery providing a serene atmosphere.

Cozy & Quiet, Close to Cornell

KyleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I stayed at Meriams place on the front end of a work trip and the tail end too, she was very accommodating for my needs and it is a great little place. It has all, plus more of the essentials you would need and was stocked with breakfast stuff, snacks, coffee, home canned peaches and vanilla ice cream plus the towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning products, extra linens, etc. were all there. Being out in the country it was secluded, quiet and far enough from lights, people and places but ideal for my work at SUNY Cortland (25 minutes) and Cornell Univ (10 min) and Ithaca (15 min) The property has a pond, gardens, a deck, unfortunately it never stopped raining long enough to enjoy them, maybe next time. Additionally it is near the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and has lots of birds around the property and is also very close to the Ithaca airport. It would be a pleasure to stay here anytime I'm in town. We had a perfect stay in this little gem of a b&b. The place was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and Terri is a very gracious host. Eagles Rest At White Church

AnneRating, 5 stars44 months ago
What a lovely stay! The room was cozy, everything super neat and organized and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a full house, but so organized that things ran very smoothly. We had been looking to spend a little less, but it was worth the value for sure. Very convenient to Ithaca, where our son is a sophomore. Dodie gave us a map and visitors guide, which helped us explore the area. Would definitely book again!

Adorable Double Twin @ 16 Elm, Historic Mansion

EugeneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My wife and I stayed at Jes' place for three nights. The house is is gorgeous, with the rooms impeccably decorated and furnished. All furnishings supported the heritage of this magnificent historical mansion. I had reserved the smaller room for our stay, but Jes was very kind to upgrade us to Room 2, a very large, well-decorated room with a beautiful and very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is very large with two separate sinks and a large shower (and separate bath tub). We took advantage of the downstairs rooms, where there are comfortable chairs for reading or just relaxing. There are beverages available to have while relaxing. I highly recommend Jes' place if you're looking to stay in the Trumansburg/Ithaca/Cayuga Lake area. You will feel very at-home and not disappointed. Make your reservation early to try to get Room 2!

Cozy Suite in Grand Historic Manor Near Ithaca

JillianRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I don’t give five star reviews much, but this place gets one. I loved this inn. Everything was so clean, comfortable, and convenient. I stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. Virginia the owner took time to make sure the little things were there to make your stay comfortable. I enjoyed having all-day access to coffee, snacks, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was perfect in the morning - cereal, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, and coffee. She even had almond milk! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The walls were a little thin, but there were house rules about the noise level, so it was fine once it was bedtime. Virginia made sure to put an extension chord near the bed so you could plug in your phone. Virginia was also very nice to talk to. She was helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I visit the area!

Madeline was so great, especially with our last minute change to dates. Stayed during a stressful time, and found peace in the beautiful environment, room, and surroundings. The included breakfast was very nice, and it was a huge spread (delicious - fresh fruit, warm scones, fresh OJ!). Easy to find parking nearby (on premise parking as well). Would recommend to anyone coming in, and would definitely stay again!

I love the personal touches of fresh baked goods every evening for snack. Cannot wait to return!!!
