Upstairs we find two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa is 5 minutes from the renowned Mondello beach and 10 km from the center of Palermo.

Apartment 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Mondello and 20 minutes from the characteristic historic center of Palermo. We have 2/6 beds (including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed and a sofa bed 1/2 , a kitchen ,2 terraces, one with barbecue , a laundry room and two parking spaces with a charging station. Beachfront villa near Palermo

10 meters from the sea, accessible directly from the garden, the Donzelli villa was built in the 1920s. Just 12 km from the center of Palermo, it retains its original shape, characterized by the Art Nouveau decorations of the elevations and the soaring turret, typical of the holiday architecture of the period.
