Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Domenico est très serviable, attentif et attentionné. Ses infos locales étaient parfaites et vraiment précieuses (commerces locaux, activités loisir, plages peu fréquentées, visites culturelles...). L'endroit est calme et très confortable, le logement est très privatif avec jardin et parking, et la cuisine très bien équipée. Parfait pour 2 près de Palerme, mais à la campagne !!!

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Super gut ausgestattete Unterkunft für einen fairen Preis, sogar mit Netflix. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mauro war sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen schnell zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man ruhig nächtigen möchte. Palermo, Mondello Strand, Flughafen und Co. ist gut mit den Öffis angebunden.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Wohnung. Der Empfang war sehr gut und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs und die Wohnung war dafür perfekt: viel Spielzeug, Kinderbücher, ein Babybett, Sandspielzeug für den Strand und ein Schirm. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz im Garten und parken kann man direkt hinter dem Haus (abgeschlossener Hof). Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Ort Femmine ist allerdings leider ziemlich dreckig (Müll überall) und es gibt an der Promenade viel Verkehr.

Lovely stay at Melanie's. The apartment was cool and full of character, great for the price. It was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great with Palermo city one way (just a 15 min walk to the train station then a 20 min train) and beach locations Sferracavallo and Capaci the other way (both an easy bus or train ride). Also it's less than 10 mins walk to the supermarket or you can use the bike provided (if you don't have a car) Communication was good, the host was quick and responsive with any questions and check-in was smooth and easy. Overall great stay
