This is a wonderful place with a superfriendly host! Location could not be better, it is right behind the street corner leading to the medieval quarters of Viterbo. Peaceful and cozy apartment with two balconies, not only one 😊 a large supermarket only 400 m from the apartment. Within walking distance to bus stops and train station. The apartment is perfect to a couple, small but very functional. Easy to cook food, easy to relax and just enjoy your stay in Viterbo.

Immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, ci si può rilassare fuori con pranzi e cene in un angolo creato apposta per gli ospiti La struttura si trova vicino a Viterbo e alle maggiori attrazioni del luogo. La casa ha tutto ció che serve, la cucina è ben attrezzata! Vincenzo e Angela completano il tutto essendo degli host disponibili e presenti per ogni esigenza o problema Avendo avuto dei problemi personali durante il soggiorno, Vincenzo e Angela hanno dimostrato la loro disponibilità e presenza!Grazie ancora Consigliato!!!

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

Мы прожили в этом гостеприимном доме три недели в октябре. На столе нас ждала милая приветвенная записка от хозяина, бутылка вина и бутылочка настоящего фермерского оливкового масла. Это было очень приятно! Дом чистый и ухоженный, потрясающий большой сад, в котором нам позволили брать травы для приправ, которые хозяева специально выращивают. Замечательный вид с террасы, на горизонте блестит полоска моря. По вечерам я провожала на террасе закат. Сесть поесть на воздухе - масса вариантов: на террасе, в саду, в тени, на солнце - это тоже мне очень понравилось. Мои дети были в восторге от сада - там можно было бесконечно играть. Бассейном, к сожалению, нам удалось воспользоваться всего два раза - погода была уже довольно прохладная, и вода грелась медленно. Хозяин был очень дружелюбен и написал для нас подробнейшие рекомендации, что посмотреть, где делать покупки и в каких ресторанах насладиться вкусной едой. Большое спасибо, профессор! Ottima vacanza anche grazie allo splendido spazio di Alessandro. L'alloggio aveva tutto il necessario per farci sentire come a casa. È stato un piacere soggiornare lì. Grazie grazie grazie anche per la discrezione degli hosting. Presto torneremo. Consigliatissimo per pace fresco e tranquillità.

Viviana è stata una padrona di casa gentile e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato dei posti molto belli da visitare. La casa immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità è stata scelta anche perché abbiamo un cane che in questi giorni si è goduto insieme a noi il grande giardino. Ambienti ampi ,puliti e ordinati. Occorre un mezzo privato per spostarsi ma in circa mezz’ora si raggiungono veramente tante mete da visitare. Le terme distano pochi minuti da casa. Ottima esperienza!

Wonderful renovated apartment in the historic center of a very quaint and typical Italian walled town. All the amenities you will need to make a short or long term stay comfortable. The terrace was wonderful to soak in the surrounding panorama and enjoy a coffee, meal, or afternoon drink. Everything was clean and very nicely appointed. Great bars and restaurants within a very short (2-3 minute) walking distance that offer authentic local cuisine and also cater for gluten and lactose free dietary restrictions . Easy 1 hr 45 min drive from Fiumicino and a great access point to visit the surrounding towns and regions. Anders was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations and guidance before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Andres’ place and look forward to returning!

Marco's home in the historic center of Viterbo was absolutely stunning. It radiated medieval charm, almost like stepping into a beautifully preserved cavern, yet it was impeccably clean and equipped with modern appliances for a comfortable stay. Marco's hospitality was exceptional—he waited outside for my late-night check-in and personally guided me from the parking area to the house, regardless of his limited English and my limited Italian. The home was thoughtfully stocked with food and drinks for breakfast, making me feel welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable, nestled near the heart of historic Viterbo, with restaurants, cafés, and the Duomo di Viterbo just a short walk away. For those driving, it’s also perfectly situated for day trips to nearby gems like Bolsena, Montefiascone, Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Caprarola, Tuscania, and Tarquinia. I highly recommend this beautiful home and kind host to anyone.
