Needed a quick stay in GDL and Carlos' apartment was perfectly located for what I needed. Easily accessible and centrally located, just one block from Av. Chapultepec. The apartment was very clean and smartly decorated. Carlos' instructions prior to check-in were clear and extremely detailed and he was very responsive anytime I reached out. One thing to note (which was more my issue as I quickly made the reservation without reading the details) is that the unit does not have AC. It was fine for my one night stay, but may not be great for those staying longer during the hotter months in GDL.

Estuve una noche en el alojamiento de Edgardo y fue fantástico, había mucha seguridad en el alojamiento lo cual te hace sentir seguro, las camas están muy cómodas, y el aire acondicionado hace que tenga ese plus. La única observación que haría es que el baño principal tenía falla y no llenaba. La zona muy padre, muy ubicado y en los alrededores muchas opciones de restaurantes y cafés. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

Tlatepaque is a beautiful city and this place is perfectly situated. The house is within 3-5 minute walk of the downtown area, which makes it really easy to jump out of bed and into a coffee shop in a matter of minutes. The inside is spacious with a nice kitchen and a big living room area. We didn't spend a ton of time at the airbnb but at night its nice to have space to socialize with family before heading to bed. The rooms were great with plenty of space for your belongings and to sleep. Most rooms had an AC and one room didn't. One of the nights was pretty warm but no major concerns from the guests that stayed in the room. One of the perks that ended up being really useful was the parking. The parking spot is located a street away from the house which is like a 3-5 min walk. The parking lot is locked after a certain time and made us feel more comfortable knowing the car was secured. Additionally, it gets busy around the downtown area and can be difficult to find parking. Great place

Es la primera vez que me quedo en un Airbnb y la verdad es que cumplió con todo lo que yo necesitaba para el corto plazo que me quedé. Estuve durante 6 días y Ben por mensaje siempre fue muy atento, amable y flexible. Compartes patio con otros 5 departamentos pero la verdad es que casi no me topé a nadie, estuvo todo muy tranquilo y acogedor.

This place is amazing. Fabulous restoration, lots of little things in the decor and furnishings that add to the ambience. Checking was super easy, access was easy. Only thing bad I can say is that I wish I had booked longer!! ;) Very close to shops, squares, heritage buildings and places to see. Ramiro and Martha were very responsive and great to deal with. If you are looking for a place to stay in Centro historico - or just Guadalajara - STAY HERE! We will definitely stay again when we come back!! Rooms are huge, kitchen and outdoor areas are perfect.

Lugar muy recomendable para estar. La casa está muy cerca del ITESO, por lo que se puede llegar caminando. Debido a que usamos la casa para básicamente bañarnos y dormir, no puedo decir mucho en caso que alguien necesite cocinar y trabajar desde ahí, pero tiene todo lo necesario para hacerlo. El check in es súper fácil, la anfitriona muy atenta y amable para responder preguntas y enviar las instrucciones de entrada a la casa, y el guardia de la entrada al coto le da un extra de seguridad.

The neighborhood is peaceful, with quiet and friendly surroundings, making it even more enjoyable. The host was attentive, responsive, and always available to assist with anything we needed. We’d absolutely love to return in the future!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, tuvimos una estancia muy tranquila, cómoda y segura. La comunicación con el anfitrión es muy buena y la casa brinda mucha seguridad y confort. No tengo ninguna queja al contrario, si alguna vez volvemos, seguramente buscaré hospedarme aquí nuevamente.
