The location is great, breakfast at the super rich juice bowl, the only thing is that the church is one block away from the bell bells if you wake up early, parking is more on the street

The space was better than in the photos, I was the first to stay in the renovated loft. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants as well as a supermarket across the street. I recommend it 100%.

The loft was excellent. It is located in a very walkable side of town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The loft was quaint and secure with double locks so you can feel secure knowing your belongings and you are safe. I definitely recommend this place!

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

A very nice room and right in the center, a few blocks from all the squares and tourist places. The bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is very good, a very nice and comfortable room. For the entrance, you just have to follow the instructions well and everything is ok. I really liked it.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice area, pretty quiet, cute place with a small terrace. If you have any mobility issues at all, the caracol and stairs inside will be too much. I'd stay here again for sure.

A highly recommended apartment, it has a parking space, easy access. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It has a TV and air conditioning, which is a plus, very clean and tidy. I really liked the accommodation, it's very comfortable and safe, it has everything you need to feel at home. Miguel is very kind and was always attentive to everything, I will definitely return.

The space is divine, it has everything you need for a medium to long term stay, in our case we stayed for a little more than a month and we felt very comfortable, however the space is small and does not have large areas to store pantry, suitcases, etc. anyway it is comfortable enough especially if you travel light and compact. It has kitchen utensils, pots and pans as well as basic lounges for two people. It has a very beautiful outdoor area where you can enjoy the fruit trees. There are quite a few mosquitoes, come prevent, during the summer it is a bit hot, as it does not have a cross ventilation, but there is a fan with which you will have no problem circulating the air. Adriana is super friendly and always very aware, on the other hand Rosi, the woman who supports with cleaning and maintenance is very warm and is always in the best position to support you and make your stay comfortable. You will surely enjoy the stay!

This place is such a great value! It's spacious and well appointed. There's a big patio at the entrance that's comfortable in the mornings and evenings and a smaller patio off the living area that gets a little more shade during the day. It's really close to the center of town--3 blocks from the central plaza and Mercado Benito Juárez but the street is quiet. There's a MiBici bike station 1 block away. If you're looking for Spanish lessons, the Guadalajara Language Center is just 5 blocks away. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was an ideal location for exploring the area. I arrived on a redeye from Portland and Yolanda's parents met me before the sun was even up to hand off keys and give me a tour of the place. Hope to return soon!

The apartment corresponds well to the photographs, it is very nice and comfortable. The hosts' attention and responses are very quick to any questions. The location is excellent and there is a pharmacy nearby. I'd be willing to come back another time.

The accommodation is very conveniently located, it can be a little small, but it has what you need for a short stay, the host is very attentive.

A comfortable place to stay if you go alone, the space is enough for one person and communication with Eder was always good and punctual.
