Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tlaquepaque

Super hosts! super friendly... everything was excellent same as the photographs. even the attention of the friendly cleaning person. excellent location!!! super recommended and we would stay here again

Needed a quick stay in GDL and Carlos' apartment was perfectly located for what I needed. Easily accessible and centrally located, just one block from Av. Chapultepec. The apartment was very clean and smartly decorated. Carlos' instructions prior to check-in were clear and extremely detailed and he was very responsive anytime I reached out. One thing to note (which was more my issue as I quickly made the reservation without reading the details) is that the unit does not have AC. It was fine for my one night stay, but may not be great for those staying longer during the hotter months in GDL.

I spent one night at Edgardo's place and it was fantastic, there was a lot of security in the accommodation which makes you feel safe, the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning makes it have that extra. The only observation I would make is that the master bathroom had a fault and did not fill. The area is very nice, very well located and in the surroundings there are many options for restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again.

Tlatepaque is a beautiful city and this place is perfectly situated. The house is within 3-5 minute walk of the downtown area, which makes it really easy to jump out of bed and into a coffee shop in a matter of minutes. The inside is spacious with a nice kitchen and a big living room area. We didn't spend a ton of time at the airbnb but at night its nice to have space to socialize with family before heading to bed. The rooms were great with plenty of space for your belongings and to sleep. Most rooms had an AC and one room didn't. One of the nights was pretty warm but no major concerns from the guests that stayed in the room. One of the perks that ended up being really useful was the parking. The parking spot is located a street away from the house which is like a 3-5 min walk. The parking lot is locked after a certain time and made us feel more comfortable knowing the car was secured. Additionally, it gets busy around the downtown area and can be difficult to find parking. Great place

Wonderful place. I think it was even nicer than appears in photos!! Perfect location for Centro, everything is an 8 minute walk away. Couldn’t recommend more highly!! Would definitely stay here again

This is a great location. Very safe and easily accessible. The neighborhood bike friendly if that’s your preferred mode of transportation. The security staff was so kind and helpful. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and welcomed here.

A highly recommended place to stay. The house is very close to ITESO, so you can walk to it. Because we basically use the house to bathe and sleep, I can't say much in case someone needs to cook and work from there, but it has everything you need to do it. Check-in is super easy, the host is very helpful and kind to answer questions and send the check-in instructions to the house, and the guard at the entrance to the reserve gives you extra security.

Excellent place to stay, we had a very quiet, comfortable and safe stay. Communication with the host is very good and the house provides a lot of security and comfort. I have no complaints, on the contrary, if we ever come back, I will surely look to stay here again.

My entire team and I were delighted with the place, quite cozy, a table for the 9 people who attended, it was perfect for us because of the short distance between the home and the Guadalajara Expo, where we were almost all the time, the owner was very kind and attentive, the place was really close to everything, it was a very pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Amazing place, terrace is insane!

This apartment was very clean and had a great view. It was super close to everything and Santiago was great host. Very responsive and attentive to us. Definitely will be booking again.

For us, it is guaranteed quality, the places are very complete, clean, among other things. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, do not hesitate.

Brenda is an excellent host. She was very responsive and helpful during my stay. The views from the apartment were 10/10 and the amenities were great! It was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was very secure. We felt very safe staying there. There’s staff in the lobby and parking garage security. This will be my go to airbnb when I’m in Guadalajara. So don’t over book it! Just kidding, it’s a great place in a good location. I definitely recommend it.
