This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Apartment von Adriano u haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment u die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, die klassischen sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Viertel Travestere und der Tiber sind nur 3 Min entfernt. Durch die Nähe zum "Szeneviertel" war es allerdings (nur) am Samstag Abend / Nacht auch ein wenig lauter. Man kann eben nicht beides haben 😉. Adriano war gut erreichbar u der Check-In und Zugang zum Apartment/Haus hat gut geklappt. Hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Einfaches Finnenhäuschen, mit viel Charm in zauberhafter ruhiger Umgebung. Terhi und Ivano sind wunderbare Gastgeber und standen uns immer mit Unterstützung und Hilfe zur Seite. Wir haben super Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge und viele Informationen für den Besuch von Rom. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur, trotzdem ist Rom Zentrum mit dem Zug gut erreichbar und in der Umgebung gibt es noch viel mehr wunderbare Ziele für Unternehmungen. In dem Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei anfallenden Problemen oder Fragen stehen die beiden Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt bei Terhi und Ivano von ganzem Herzen weiter.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. La villa si presenta come da descizione e gli esterni anzi sono pure più belli. Piacevolissima la zona sotto la tettoia affacciata sulla vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo usufruito anche del barbecue apprezzandone la dotazione. Torneremo con piacere presto

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Wow! This apartment was outstanding! The location was absolutely perfect and picturesque, even better than the photos! We stayed for 4 weeks and after a few days it really felt like home. We fell asleep to the sound of the waterfalls every night, were easily able to shop for essentials in multiple grocery stores and also had the town fruit and vegetable market everyday. Whether you stay for a few days or a few months this place is perfect. Two bathrooms his and hers is a great perk along with a washing machine for longer stays. 9 minute walk to the train and you can be in Rome in 35-40 with an express train. For us, Rome is too chaotic, and we a enjoyed a peaceful stay in magical Tivoli. If you are looking for a small town feel, look no further! Did we mention the sites and the restaurants? Amazing! The local people were warm and friendly and after a 4 week stay we have made friends for life! Thank you Casa Guila!

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Charming, airy, light filled, Italian farmhouse apartment; expansive closets, very comfy bed and pillows, amazing views out the front door; quiet except for the birds. Excellent new stove/oven and big fridge; kitchenette adequately equipped for very simple cooking. Strong, reliable wifi. We did not use heat or ac (April 15-20 degrees every day). Easy to find, easy access with car, easy to park. Apartment is on second floor, comfortable staircase. Grocery store easy walk. Warm welcome, kind host invited us to pick artichokes from his garden. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you Claudia and Osman.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento di Federica per due notti. Ospitalità impeccabile, pulizia degli ambienti, stanze grandi e comode, bagno funzionale, zona cucina accessoriata, centro storico a due passi. i consigli dell'host sono stati utilissimi per goderci il weekend nella bella Tivoli e per raggiungere Roma lontani dal caos della Capitale. Se dovessimo ritornare in zona proveremmo certamente ad alloggiare di nuovo presso Domus Mia! Carmine, Noemi e Gaia.

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, muy tranquila. Alessandro y sobre todo su esposa muy amables y preocupados por nuestra estudia, pendientes de nosotras desde el día uno hasta finalizar nuestro viaje. Altamente recomendables, está en una zona tranquila con una vista hermosa. El hospedaje muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Estamos muy contentas de haberlos conocido.

Alloggio eccezionale, a meno di dieci minuti dalla stazione di Tivoli, camere bellissime pulite e curate, host gentilissima nel darmi indicazioni. Tornei volentieri!!
