Small but nice apartment

Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. 15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Kühberghof Lye Apartment

New two-room apartment (75 m²) on a typical South Tyrolean farm, in a quiet location at 950 m, with wonderful views of the Adige Valley. The farm runs a horse boarding house; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and including linens & towels. In front of the house is a trampoline and swings. Minimum 3 nights.
