Near the house there is a children's fenced-in playground, tennis courts , a football field and a nearby Jimlíkov quarry for swimming. The bus stop is 100m from the house. The house is located directly on the bike path no. 2016. It's the starting point for winter and summer activities .

Tiny apartment close to nature (heated and with hot water) integrated into a barn in the Vierseithof, surrounded by 6000 sqm of garden. The nearest hiking trail runs along the property line. Wooden e-bikes are optionally available for rent. Bed linens and towels may be brought along or can be rented from me for a fee of €20 per person. The key is at the entrance door for you so you can go in independently if I'm not home.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. If possible, a sauna barrel can be booked on site.

Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
