Vacation rentals with a pool in Tinj

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of it immediately! At the end of our vacation, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not accept, because we had already planned other activities....a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths for walking the dog were wonderful!

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool – perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. Clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

I was alone in the house with my daughter. It was as described and the host super friendly. Damir and his wife were very nice and helpful. We stayed at the house for a week. It was quiet and completely private. Every day Damir came at 6 in the morning and cleaned the pool and put us fresh figs on the table. Everything was perfect. I would come back anytime.

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa with clever design.The room is as clean as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an étagère full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts – a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We especially liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we liked to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighboring town of Benkovac, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we highly recommend Martin's place!

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/out was easy. The location is great, 1 minute to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Usually I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a great host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, which caused us some inconvenience. This will probably be completed soon.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

Spotlessly clean, modern apartment. Marija was a wonderful host who replied quickly to any query we had, she allowed us to check in early which was hugely helpful and arranged a taxi for us from the airport. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a fabulous coffee machine which a brilliant bonus!

Fabulous stay from start to finish. Greeted on arrival with a drink, a local map and lots of advice on where everything was. The pool a godsend in the heat, had it to ourselves most days. Local beaches, bars and restaurants. Quick trip across the water or Taxi to the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful host. Want to go back already!

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

Everything was great! Great house, super pool, well equipped. I can only recommend it to everyone 💪

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

Simply amazing. Really lovely people, super responsive and the location is exactly as it looks in the photos.

This villa is totally beautiful, tastfully furnished and immaculately clean. It has everything in place to make it a real home from home. We could not have asked for anything else. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc as well as a freezer full of ice. Our host also provided us with his home made wine on arrival which was very appreciated as the shops were already closed by the time we got there. He was also happy to provide more as and when it was required. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds extremely comfortable. There are plenty of showers to meet the needs of all those staying. The villa is situated in a very sleepy town with only a shop and a bar so we found having a car a must. There are other towns and beaches only a short drive away or there is the option to drive further afield if you wish. All in all I could not recommend this villa highly enough.
