House vacation rentals in Tinj

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa with clever design.The room is as clean as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the surrounding area, much can be reached in 10-15 min drive, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

The accommodation is very well located. It is nice, clean and very well-equipped. We immediately felt comfortable there! The kids loved the trampoline and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable chairs on the terrace. Small downside on the 2 extra beds (to be 8 in the house) which have very thin mattresses.

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Ante was a great host. The place was extremely clean and tidy. We were greeted with a plate of cold cuts and homemade schnapps. He also gave us tips on what to do nearby. What we really liked was the private location without direct neighbors. We can only recommend Ante and the place.

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

Antonia was always quickly accessible and super friendly. The accommodation also corresponded to the description and was spotless, the location is not the best without a car but still always worth the money, we will come back!

The villa was incredibly well equipped, we were very excited! Above all, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The decor was generally very cozy and modern. I was very enthusiastic about the comfortable bed and the upholstery. There is enough space for 8 people. (Sofa beds were very comfortable) The outdoor area was great. It is quite remote and you have to reach everything by car, a small supermarket is within walking distance. - but good for a quiet holiday. The landlady was super friendly and helpful and always available. All in all a great vacation and it is highly recommended!!

We had booked this place for 10 persons for a week. As we were traveling with two 1-year olds, we requested a couple of childrens beds and chairs which Bozena provided free of charge. Our flight was delayed several hours causing us to arrive well after the planned time. Despite this Bozena the host was very kind and understanding when we finally did arrive. We had a great stay! The outside area has everything you need and more - a big swimming pool and a shaded area where we enjoyed our meals and played card games. The kids also loved the trampoline and swings, and the adults enjoyed playing pool and table tennis. Bozena is a sweet and carring host - she always answer quickly and she is very helpful. As a gift, we were given local wine and a delicious water melon during our stay.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. It is divided into two apartments and since we were two families (7 people, 4 adults and 3 children/teenagers) it suited us perfectly. It is very private and undisturbed and we were able to swim in the pool well into the evening. It is a little out of the way, but since we had a rental car the whole week we were there, it was no problem to go to the beach or to shop. We visited Biograd na Moru to swim in the sea, shop and go to a restaurant. We were in Zadar and we also visited the waterfalls in Krka National Park. We are very satisfied with our stay. The host Dominik and his family were very nice and easy to communicate with regarding check-in, check-out or if we had any other questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped. Communication and check-in were seamless, and your hospitality made the whole experience even better. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Zadar.
