Vacation rentals with beach access in Tijuana

If you’re thinking of booking a nice place with the ocean view, BOOK IMMEDIATELY! Host is very friendly and responsive. Host also had small great details such as scented candles, slippers, lots of towels and blankets, hair dryers in both bathrooms aswell as shampoo & conditioner, an iron with a board, cotton swabs, cotton pads, a well stocked kitchen and a clean & beautiful place overall. Nice staff who checks credentials upon arrival which adds a great layer of security. Underground parking with remote so you can come & go as you please without having to wait for assistance. Nice furniture and very comfy couch and beds. Bathrooms were clean & fully stocked. The view was spectacular and the balcony was also beautiful. Place has AC & heater so it’s perfect for any season. Lots of cabinets and hangers in the closet so you can set out your clothes. We were about 15-20 minutes from downtown and the border crossing. I will definitely be staying here again. I had a fantastic stay here the security team was super helpful They checked me in promptly when I arrived at the apartment it was clean spacious and comfy The view was amazing and the location of the unit is ideal walking distance to all the essentials needed. Great place! Location is exceptional! A lot do in walking distance , transportation available nearby, everyone was very polite. Definitely coming back. A must know is that they have their own washing and drying machine so you don’t have to worry to find a place.

Excellent accommodation, very good location facing the beach and with excellent views. The building's pools were at a good temperature and it was pleasant even though the weather was cold. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is!! Highly recommended

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

Second time staying here. It's very quiet and safe. The Place is clean and spacious. Parking is great if you decide to park inside the gated spaces.

I have stayed here for many years. Its my favorite place to stay!! Aruns place is always clean. Security is great. The view is absolutely gorgeous. If I had to make a recommendation I'd say get a mattress topper or new mattress. But I only say that because my back is already messed up. Its very comfortable there. I can't wait to come back!

Very beautiful home, I would definitely recommend! The only thing is once you arrive don’t be discouraged on the road loading up to the gated community nor the scenery. Once you enter the gate it is well maintained, quiet, respectful, and has a private beach entrance for the community. The house is very clean and well kept up with. Overall, great experience and I would definitely book again.

Just like their property, Susan & Daphne were inviting and cheerful! Fabulous hosts who were so responsive and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The property itself has a stunning view of the beach, with wide windows to enjoy that view unadulterated from the inside and a great patio to enjoy it from outside. We were on a romantic couple’s long weekend and stayed mostly the entire time at the property. The kitchen had a great amount of surface space for cooking, which was a fun bonus. Tucked at the end of Rosarito Beach, we felt very safe and undisturbed, yet just a quick ride away when we wanted to venture into town. Comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. If you’re looking for a delightful beach getaway with a host who truly cares about her guests, I highly recommend staying at Sylvia’s Mexican beach house. I can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Greg’s house in Rosarito. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and with it being on the beach, you’re literally steps away from a peaceful walk or nice jog. Just sitting on the porch and listening to the waves crashing all day and night was worth the stay. The privacy and freedom to be able to enjoy the fire pit while listening to music with friends and nobody around to complain about noise or having to worry about following a bunch of rules makes it even more welcoming! We literally felt at home. It was so peaceful. It’s in between Rosarito and TJ so you’re centrally located and close to clubs, restaurants, beaches and shopping. The host was great and very quick to respond to us and answered all of our questions. We all had a great time. It’s fairly priced compared to more expensive AirBNBs but the fact that it’s literally on the beach makes it an even greater deal! We will definitely be coming back soon with family!

This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

The condo was so cute and felt like I was at home! Loved how close it was to everything! Yes, there was loud music but I still slept good. The amenities were well stocked & smelled freshly cleaned! We were also able to check in early which helped us, so we wouldn’t have to walk around with our luggage.

The place was stunning. The location was just far enough for some peace and quiet but also close enough to enjoy the town! Private pool and beach was a perk too. The condo was as the pictures show but even more amazing in person. The balcony view never disappointed. Alma was a great host, responding to all our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful on some local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
