Villa vacation rentals in Tierra Verde

My family and I had an amazing stay at Biljana’s home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire house was spotless on our arrival. Everything inside is totally upgraded and has beautiful finishes. The floors are gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the fact the house was stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels) etc. and the fact they have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a cooler for you to use. They truly let you into their home with open arms and allow you to access all their things. The heated saltwater pool was warm at 80 degrees and clean. The pool vacuum is awesome and clears all the debris in just an hour or so. Biljana and her husband respond to all your needs very quickly and are so friendly! Only thing I may recommend is updating some outdoor pool furniture such as the patio table and chairs. Would 100% stay here in the future!

This property was fantastic! Located in a great spot near shopping and restaurants, it made exploring Siesta Keys so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, a large cooler with wheels, and a cart with wheels—perfect for days at the beach! We absolutely loved the patio and pool area; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Keys and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Truly a wonderful experience!

This home was everything that was promised. It was huge. My family were able to check in a few hours early which really sweetened the deal. The home really suited my family needs. There were toys and strollers, beach toys, and bikes. It was awesome! Will definitely come back next year!

First time in Florida and what a wonderful house we got to stay at. The house is so beautiful we all loved the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s just a couple miles away from Siesta Beach. Lots of local restaurants near by. We will definitely be back.

Immediately upon arrival, I thought that the pictures did not do this place justice. It was clean, spotless, and very well stocked this house had everything we could possibly need and even things we didn’t even think we needed it, but had available. We enjoyed the location being fairly close to the beach yet private and away from The madness of the tourists. We really enjoyed sitting in the pool or on the back patio and watch all the wildlife, especially the birds coming and going. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we needed to get away from the Midwest for spring break. Thank you so much to the host For staying in communication and being so great.

The accommodation were as advertised, everything was brand new and immaculate, the community was 90% empty due to renovations from Milton back in October. Only 1 issue and NOT Pamela’s fault, worker had done something to the to the Bungalow across from our unit, which caused smoke detector to alert at 4:30 am on Sunday morning and not turn off till 9:30 am. After hours maintenance # was call with negative results. Office manager was informed on Monday morning. We experienced a repeat performance Tuesday morning until representative was able to resolve the issue. All that being said we had a wonderful trip.

Our stay was great for a bachelorette weekend ! The host was so responsive and got back to us right away. Enough towels for 14 + people. The amenities of the house were great. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub! Definitely recommend staying here :)

Amazing lake house, loved it

The house was beautiful and well equipped! The pool was huge and clean, our kids loved playing with the provided floaties and toys. Isabella even put the lights and waterfall on for us and heated the pool for us on our second day. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. We have stayed in a few Airbnb’s now and I would say this was the best! Isabella was paid a lot of attention to detailing with the decor in the house and providing kitchen, bathroom and other items. Very prompt to respond and checking in on us. We would love to stay here when we visit Tampa again.

The home was very clean, and matched the description. We loved the basketball hoop, ping pong table and pool! We also enjoyed that two bedrooms were located above the garage, it was perfect for the younger people to be able to play and make noise while the adults were in the other house. Overall amazing stay, great location (5min from the beach) and super attentive host with any of our needs.

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, son in laws and 17-month-old granddaughter had a wonderful stay at Calico. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, the fun games and were so grateful for the supply and use of all the beach equipment. Celine was a great host, very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you Celine for all the helpful tips, the amazing guidebook and sharing your beautiful home with us. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and we can’t wait to come back!

The home was as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and everything we needed was there. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. The mattresses were very comfortable. While we were a little hesitant about plane noise after our arrival, the air traffic didn’t interrupt our sleep or fun at all. Highly recommend Gina’s listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is large and laid out nicely with a big updated kitchen, large primary suite with an awesome bathroom, and of course the pool was an added bonus. Only suggestion is to have extra blankets and more glasses and coffee mugs. It's a great place and I recommend staying!

We were visiting friends on siesta key. It was his retirement so they had a houseful. Great place and within 10 min drive of everywhere we needed to go on the key.

This was by far one of the best places I have stayed in and the communication was awesome before, during and after the stay. Jeffery checked in by text to see if we had everything we needed and made sure we got in ok as well. Place was awesome. Definitely stay here again. My husband and I are feeling incredibly grateful to have been able to come back to this beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. The home is so clean, and so inviting. Rachel is an amazing hostess. This place holds such a special charm, made even more meaningful as we see the community still coming together to rebuild after last year’s Hurricane . The resilience and warmth of the people here is truly inspiring—it’s a reminder of the strength that comes from unity. We’re humbled to have witnessed this.
