Condo vacation rentals in Tierra Verde

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Rich’s place was great. I always like to stay near water and this couldn’t be closer. Always something to look at and the sunsets were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. Overall, highly recommended for a short or long stay.

We were really impressed with the condo. The place was really clean and bed was very comfortable. Although it is a shared hallway with the Brass Monkey we did not have a bad experience with that. Hallway was kept clean and the employees were very nice and friendly. Janie was super quick to respond to our questions. We already said that we would stay here the next time we are in town! 5 star rating for sure!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was in a great community with access to a pool which we really loved. The area was quiet and private which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was clean and pristine. The location was within driving distance to everything whether it be the beach, shops, restaurants or other activities. Sydney was very responsive and communicated with me on numerous occasions. We ended up having to leave a day early and she even refunded me a day when she didn’t have to. Between the location, the condo itself and the owner, I would highly recommend this location and know you will enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Our family really enjoyed their stay at Rich’s condo. They have stayed in other condos in the area and felt this was the nicest! Condo was updated and provided extra amenities including pool towels. Rich was very accommodating when we needed to adjust dates. Communication was excellent and check in easy . We will definitely book a stay again!

I had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10 definitely do recommend. But if you and your partner having a anniversary this is not for you. They want you to be quite at 10pm. Pool closes at 8 so keep that in mind if you like swimming when the sun starts going down. But other then that everything was good. Very nice vibe.

We had a great stay at Steve’s Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The price is unbeatable, making it a great option for budget travelers. While it’s not a place for those seeking luxury, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable and convenient spot close to the beach, this is perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

I was almost hesitant to leave such an amazing review to keep this gem a secret! It is absolutely perfect, a Madeira treasure. The location is incredible, the host is super friendly and responsive, and there were several thoughtful touches. We will absolutely be back to the Beach Chill, we are forever fans!

Lyn is a wonderful host and the villa is just amazing! It looked just like the photos, right next to water, 2 minute walk to the beach, sparkling clean, has everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. Lyn was very kind to reach out in advance asking for coffee/cream preferences, and during the stay even offered to buy us dinner just to brighten our stay even more! She is super friendly and easy to talk to, and overall our stay could not have been better.

If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

We loved this condo! It was exactly what we needed. Beautiful view of the golf course, walking distance to a lot of our favorite places, close to the pool and they even provide 2 bikes. Both the individual unit and the community/development that it is in contributed to a wonderful five week stay that my wife and I had. We were able to wake up to (or sometimes sleep through) a beautiful view of sunrise over Tampa Bay and often took advantage of that view later in the day having lunch on the patio overlooking the water. The availability of six pickleball courts in the community was a key factor in our decision to rent from Cori, and we used these courts often during our stay. The pool and hot tub were also attractive aspects of the development. We also appreciated the ease of parking right outside Cori's unit, As to the individual unit, the bedrooms were a nice size, with more than adequate closet space. The dining room table for four was quite functional, the living room, with its TV, couch and chairs, provided a comfortable way to spend our evenings when we weren't out. Cori's communication with us was outstanding, from rental through checkout.

Brian’s place was just right. It was clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you walk in you see the view of the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were here at the end of July and the pool was refreshingly cool every day! How do. They do that. The area is very walkable with waterways everywhere. Just a quick drive or a challenging walk and at the end is the Don Cesar! Great location. Would definitely rent again😎

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

We are a family of 4 and wanted to spent two days at the beach. This is a recently fully renewed apartment ON THE BEACH. Easy in and out, we parked downstairs or right across the street in designated parking and without problems. Bedding was very comfortable and despite being a bit small we felt very comfortably. Would definitely be back. The beach was awesome!

After a last minute cancellation at another home, we found this one and it was great. We were able to check in right away with no more wait and the host is very responsive. Would book again!

Everything was great, clean, as described. East check in and minimal to do for checking out. Loved everything. View of golf course was nice and fun to watch golf in real life instead of on tv. Highly recommended

This was the best Airbnb stay for us yet! Karla’s place had every convenience for our family of 4 to stay and cook for the week. The pool and private beach were perfect and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities in the condo. There was a minor misunderstanding with the parking pass (completely my fault) and she was very gracious and understanding with us. We would highly recommend.
