Beautiful location. Peaceful. Friendly helpful staff. Reassurance given to just ask for anything and they would do their best to organise for us. Even special dietary requirements from the onsite cafe!

Lovely house, great views, within 30 mins drive to all main south lakes sights. Communication and check in all very easy and clear. We had a great stay :)

Amazing hideaway. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, the stay here. The place has everything you need so you don't need to go out . It is located in a very picturesque part of The Lakes but away from the busy towns. A stones throw from Barrow in Furness, this little gem is worth visiting. Karen and Tony are on hand should you need and they will give you the best places to go locally. Friendly and welcoming you fill right at home

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the year and Crimson Cottage is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Crimson Cottage is renovated barn to a very high standard with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The cottage was beautifully clean with some lovely fresh flowers on the table. Some fresh eggs, milk, tea, coffee a tin of biscuits and box of black magic as a welcome treat. The location is perfect for a quiet get away, but close enough to explore the Lakes and coast. We had a great stay and definitely considering a return visit.
