it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely be back, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who is always very helpful with advice.

The place was amazing. We came as a family of 5 adults, 1 child and really we don't step on each other. The accommodation was incredibly clean, a small private garden, an excellent bakery and a grocery store a few meters away. The beds are so comfortable! Lots of recommendations nearby (cheese shop, farms, delicatessen). Beautiful walks to do, and for lovers of running beautiful spots with the Hucel viewpoint. A big thank you to both of you🐶! We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

A real little slice of heaven, perfect for resting and disconnecting. The setting is quiet and soothing, you immediately feel good there. A big thank you to Thibaut, always available and super welcoming!

Pleasant stay in a quiet and bright apartment, with lake views. Close to the cable cars. The +: private parking space + cellar (for ski storage). Shops nearby. Wifi works without any problems. Very good communication orally and by messages with the owners whom we thank. Looking forward to returning.

The apartment is very good, just for 4 people, perfectly clean, pleasant. The location is very quiet, 10 minutes' walk to the slopes, 2 minutes' walk to a bakery/cheese shop/supermarket. Recommended!

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious and beautifully situated with stunning views. Located in a clean, quiet residential area, it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient. The house is well-equipped with everything you could need.
