We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

Located within walking distance of our beautiful waterfront, theatres and downtown core. A guest suite with private entrance, keyless entry, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, parking, laundry and three shared patios/outdoor spaces to enjoy! Although there is no living room, there is an intimate seating arrangement beside the fireplace to enjoy with a book, coffee or drink. The City of Stratford has implemented a Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4%, which I have had to add to the nightly room fee.

Welcome to your home away from home located in the heart of a wonderful, family oriented neighbourhood in southwest London. You will be staying in the cozy basement apartment underneath the owners in a back-split home. With plenty of space and light, you won’t feel like you’re in a basement! You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)

Our 1+Den has 2 comfy Queen Beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchenette with every appliance you need, and a foosball table for some competitive fun. Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!

Basement Apartment for long or short stays

This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!

This is a modern renovated non-smoking 1 bedroom. The space was renovated and furnished with the Airbnb guest in mind. New tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. ✔Nice living room with a large flat screen tv ✔Netflix ✔high speed WIFI ✔One FREE parking spot. This place is in the basement but with lots of natural light it feels nothing like a basement unit.

This stylish and spacious apartment is perfect to relax after a long day or work from home. Close walk to restaurants, coffee shops or a 3 minute drive to Wortley Village or downtown London. This is my 5th Airbnb that I have had in the past 5 years. Hosting is what I know! :) Also a 3 minute drive or 10 mins walk to Parkwood Hospital and Victoria Hospital.
