Spent some days there with friends. The house was really cozy and in a calm neighborhood. Great to spend some days relaxing

A very nice and nice place right in the center of Den Burg. The house was full of comforts and looked very neat! We stayed here with our 6-month-old son and it was ideal that we could use the garage. A step outside the door and you were in the center of Den Burg, the supermarket is around the corner which was very nice. A beautiful and nice place to go back to. The communication before the start of our stay was less, I did not get a response to my questions, only on the day itself when we had already left. Otherwise had nice and clear communication with clear instructions. Thank you for making this nice place available on Texel!

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. In the kitchen, we were missing a few things in terms of dishes. It also gets warm relatively quickly there, as it is an annex. At first we were irritated that the door to the apartment is not lockable and in the hallway a staircase goes up to the landlord. But we had our privacy and no one came running down the stairs. Communication very friendly and fast.

A place to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms and living area are very nice and tastefully decorated, the beds are super cozy and the outdoor area is a place to linger and relax. Laurent proactively provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and stay and was also available during the stay. It's less than 10 minutes on foot to the dike. There you can enjoy wonderfully long walks and have a charming view of the city on one side and the sea on the other. A starry sky for you in all categories. Thanks again

We had a great week on Texel with our family! There is a lot to do and the house was a fine and spacious starting point where we slept wonderfully. The garden (and the nice weather) gave us the opportunity to have a Kubb competition every night. Directly across the street is a bird lake, we climbed several times with binoculars over a farm fence to spot birds. The kitchen was better than in most airbnb's, that was also nice.

Had a great vacation! The space was as described. Nice landlord. Super location right in the vacation park. We will be happy to come back.

The house is tidy and very clean. The bathrooms are new and the bedrooms well equipped. The staircase is very steep and not really suitable for small children or older gentlemen. The house is quite noisy, but since we were only traveling with the family, it did not bother us.

Had a wonderful week! Highly recommended to go! We were with 2 small kids and the space was perfect for it. Lovely outdoor space and enough space to play inside. The bedrooms are also spacious enough for cribs. All amenities were available for a pleasant stay. It's very tidy and you'll feel at home soon! Even an outdoor spot at the bakery spot to sit down and for the children to be outside. Plenty of nice things to do all around and in De Koog! Also, the hosts Desirée and Wouter are friendly and quick to respond to your messages. Definitely a place to come back to.

I loved the place so much tat this was my second visit!

After a rather tiring trip to Texel, Djoeke and Froukje's house was a great place to relax and unwind. Everything was exactly as you want to find a stay after a long trip. The only thing to note is about the entrances to the door: the staircase had an animal smell (rabbit?) and was generally very musty. The second entrance was via an outside staircase. This was quite nice, as these stairs ended exactly in front of our door. Only this staircase was located in the place where the underlying restaurants had collected their waste containers, which also caused a very unpleasant smell. Furthermore, the stay was super and the location very nice. In addition to the entrances, definitely recommended.

We felt very comfortable with Corine and John in the attic apartment. The apartment was furnished with attention to detail, very clean and well equipped. We lacked nothing. Check in and check out was straightforward. Corine and John speak great German and were totally likeable and helpful at all times. The location of the apartment on a quiet street, close to the center and the beach were ideal. The parking lot on the premises was convenient. Our stay exceeded our expectations due to the listing. We can really recommend the two and their apartment from the heart.

We have the feeling of well-being, always happy to come back ☺️

We had a wonderful holiday at Peter & Inge's. They are fantastic hosts, starting with the warm welcome where we immediately felt welcome and "at home" to the friendly communication on various issues. The apartment is perfect for a family vacation and we lacked nothing. The location of the apartment invites you to take a walk in the dunes as well as to the nearby beach. Day trips to Volendam, Alkmaar or Medemblik are also available and are highly recommended. We enjoyed the time in this gem very much and thank Peter & Inge for the warm hospitality. We would be delighted if you would welcome us again as guests.

We had a wonderful stay on Texel! The accommodation near Paal 17 was perfect for our vacation – quietly located, but still close to the beach and many beautiful excursion destinations. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything necessary and lovingly furnished – you felt right at home. We would like to highlight the hostess Kim, she was always very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. We are grateful to have been allowed to be there.

We felt very comfortable with Petra. Everything clean and well equipped. The location in de Horn is advantageous. On foot in a few minutes to the city center and by bike you can explore the beautiful island in all directions.

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their hospitality, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

Quietly located, bright, very clean apartment with a great view. The apartment is very spacious, which was ideal for the two of us with a toddler. Check-in was very straightforward and communication with Anja was very good from start to finish. There is ample parking in a private parking lot behind the house. Many nearby attractions are quickly accessible by car. On request, Anja provided us with a travel cot for a small surcharge. The only point that bothered us a little was that for an old, worn Ikea high chair (new price €15) a surcharge of €5 was also required.

Very nice place to stay. It was amazingly clean and it smelled good. Internet speed is ~200 Mbits, more than sufficient. Johanna was very friendly and was already waiting for us at the property. She always tried to make our stay as nice as possible. Beautiful quiet location. What should possibly be considered for the stay: The bedroom is open. There is no door or similar between the rest of the accommodation.

We really loved it at Dick and Thildy's place. The two are very friendly, open and give great tips for the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, you felt very comfortable - surrounded by flower fields and a rural idyll with 2 sweet cats, ducks & chickens. Despite the construction of the new accommodations, we did not feel disturbed - I am curious how they look then!! 🙏🏻 Definitely a great place to explore North Holland and experience the colorful flower fields!

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. As a result, there is also constantly fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. On the dike, there is also a beach for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The dog has also been thought of. We'd love to come back.

It was a nice place to stay where we quickly felt at home.

We had a great time. On the weekend, it was sometimes very loud because many tuners met in the parking lot opposite. During the week it was super quiet and we will be happy to come back

Klaas was the perfect host! He was friendly and easy to talk to. The previous guests had broken the shower head and he immediately fixed it without delay. The house was really cozy and nice and so was the location, I would recommend it for sure! Thank you Klaas for a nice stay 😃!!

The studio was lovely! Bright space, spacious, even if bed, table and sofa are in 1 room. Shower was lovely! Super close to the center but also the ring road around Den Burg if you want to get into nature. Highly recommended 💛
