Nature Escape My bright, light-filled tiny house is located in the glacial valley of the Elbe – a place of tranquility and panoramic views. In 30 square meters, a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and an open-plan living area with a kitchen await you. The fireplace creates atmosphere on cold days, and the infrared heating provides comfort. From the terrace and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can look far over fields covered with hoarfrost. Great for slowing down.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Quaint bakery on the Elbe with a special private atmosphere – quietly located on a secluded property, surrounded by tall trees and lots of greenery. The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands apart. No vacation homes close to each other, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. A stork's nest is in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away; two bicycles are available free of charge.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our cozy half-timbered barn welcomes you with its thick oak beams and large garden. However, the steep staircase is not suitable for young children or people with physical disabilities. You can walk to the Elbe in the nature reserve in 5 minutes and to the city center with shops and restaurants in 2 minutes. On the Elbe bike trail you can see storks and sea eagles or you can simply enjoy the sunset overlooking the walnut tree.

The former bakery was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony theory of Feng Shui and the use of high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). It impresses with its carpentry, for example the unique solid wood kitchen with Miele appliances. It is an accommodation for people who appreciate something special and who are looking for their peers in terms of individuality and attention to detail.

Our beautiful wooden tiny house is just on the Elbe river with unobstructed views of nature. The 35 sqm, modernly furnished living area and the large, covered terrace invite you to relax - no matter the weather. The surroundings have many different activities available. The house is in a small tiny house park. However, the rental is offered and carried out by us privately and on our own.

In my large farmhouse in rural idyll, an apartment for 4 people is available. Located in the Elbe floodplains in the district of Neuhaus, it is also not far to Lüneburg, Schwerin or Dömitz. At the confluence of Sude/Rögnitz (on the property) you can watch beavers and nutrias. Simply ideal for relaxing and hiking. The floor area is about 100 square meters.
