Piękny apartament i świetna baza wypadowa! Ogromnym atutem mieszkania był widok z dachu na morze i okolicę, a także klimatyzacja, niedaleka odległość do plaż, morza i sklepu. W pobliżu były także dostępne darmowe parkingi. Duke i Luigi są świetnymi i pozytywnymi ludźmi, dostaliśmy od nich bardzo dobre rekomendacje oraz zostaliśmy miło ugoszczeni :) Bardzo polecam i pozdrawiam Duke i Luigi :)

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kids (5 & 4) 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage, um sämtliche Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über unbefestigte Straßen mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern. Das Auto sollte entsprechend dafür ausgelegt sein. In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wünschenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen - aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die hier lebenden Katzen waren eine tolle Unterhaltung für unsere Kids. Ab und zu kommt auch eine Landschildkröte vorbei. Die Klimaanlagen sind hilfreich, aber auch nach einem heißen Tag ist abends die Wohnung relativ kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlagen tagsüber nicht liefen. Anna Rita, ihr Mann und deren Tochter sind herzlich. Es ist ein familiäres, sehr angenehmes Umfeld, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Abbiamo soggiornato più volte a Baia de Bahas, sempre in alloggi differenti, e questo è sicuramente il più bello. Ambienti bem distinti, ognuno con un condizionatore. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Terrazzo bellissimo con vista che ci sogneremo fino all'anno prossimo, quando speriamo di tornare.

Sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist hell, modern und man genießt eine wundervolle Aussicht. Angela war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sie hat uns auch sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is perfectly located close to the beach and very well equipped. The hosts were amazingly accomodating and kind, always responding quickly and we also appreciated the local recommendations. We spent a lot of time on the nearby beach and had no issues in getting a sunchair right by the sea (mid-September). Would recommend a car as there is a lot to see in the north of Sardinia. Worth noting is that there seems to be a market on Monday mornings on the street outside of the apartment (not sure if it is every Monday or selected ones), so if you have a car suggest to park elsewhere between Sunday-Monday as the garage and street might be blocked by market stalls.

Tutto conforme alla descrizione, Maria Franca è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Appartamento in zona strategica per visitare i dintorni splendidi.

We stayed here in the Easter holidays with our son (2,5 years old). Very cosy and well equipped accomodation! There was a babybed and -seat for our son and plenty of room to play outside on the terrace. Location is absolutely stunning and enough to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Appartement. Da wir nur zwei Tage da waren, konnten wir es nicht voll auskosten. Ansonsten war alles bestens und super entspannt. Würden die Wohnung bzw. Anlage empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Besonders gefiel uns die Nähe zum Strand (5 min Fußweg) und die große Terrasse, auf der wir wunderbar frühstücken, abendessen und entspannen konnten. Die Gegend ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die vielen traumhaften Strände der Umgebung. Massimiliano hatte gute Ausflugstipps für uns. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung - sauberes neu renoviertes Bad, gute Betten, die Räume heizen sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen nicht allzusehr auf. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Anfangs roch die Wohnung etwas muffig. Vermutlich waren wir die ersten Gäste der Saison. Die Küche ist sehr klein und ohne Geschirrspüler. Aber das nötigste ist vorhanden. Einige Küchenutensilien sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Bei uns funktionierten einmal Warmwasser und die Waschmaschine nicht, aber Massimiliano reagierte jedes Mal schnell und behob das Problem. Nett war auch, dass er auf unsere Anfrage hin extra einen Bettrausfallschutz anschaffte. Wir kommen gern wieder!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Vi havde tre dejlige overnatninger i lejligheden, som ligger i et meget fredeligt område. Fra terrassen er der en skøn udsigt over havnen, og der findes flere gode restauranter inden for gåafstand. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet til andre.

Appartamento molto carino e pulito . Non mancava di nulla. Vicino alle spiagge,al market e ai ristoranti. Sardegna sempre splendida

Die Wohnung war super. Wunderschön war es draußen unter dem Olivenbaum zu sitzen und auf die Berge und Arzachena zu schauen. Die Lage war ideal, um die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Giovanni und seine Mutter waren sehr herzlich und überaus gastfreundlich, haben uns mit Eiern und Köstlichkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien reisen. Vielen, vielen Dank an Giovanni und Patrizia!!!

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!
