Apartment vacation rentals in Terrata

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

We had a good time at the Azuro. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Communication with Michela was great. Everything is there to make our stay a nice vacation. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is perfectly located close to the beach and very well equipped. The hosts were amazingly accomodating and kind, always responding quickly and we also appreciated the local recommendations. We spent a lot of time on the nearby beach and had no issues in getting a sunchair right by the sea (mid-September). Would recommend a car as there is a lot to see in the north of Sardinia. Worth noting is that there seems to be a market on Monday mornings on the street outside of the apartment (not sure if it is every Monday or selected ones), so if you have a car suggest to park elsewhere between Sunday-Monday as the garage and street might be blocked by market stalls.

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed being so close to a nearby beach and the ease of getting into town and exploring the area. Very responsive host and we will for sure be back one day soon!

Lovely apartment, great location.

A great house, with a garden and porch with incredible views of the island of Tavolara. Roberto and Luciano were very kind, and always available for anything. The area is very peaceful and quiet, ideal for spending a few days relaxing. A 2-minute drive away, you can hire excursions to the island of Tavolara and its surroundings, with turquoise waters and spectacular seabeds. A great accommodation find. Our thanks to Roberto and Luciano.

We had a lovely holiday at Cristiano's place. Everything went smoothly. Great location, nice place at an absolutely fair price. We will be back :)

Beautiful view from this modern and very clean place. Probably the best beach house in the area. If I’m again in the area I would come back for sure. Also flexible check in was really appreciate after arriving very early. Clear recommendation!

The apartment is located in a very nice, quiet and well-maintained complex – an ideal place to relax. We, two adults and two children, felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen was excellently equipped, so we could cook every day without any problems. Everything was really available: from the salad spinner to a hand mixer to sharp knives and casserole dishes – that surprised us positively. Even a beach umbrella was available in the apartment. The pool had a pleasantly warm water temperature at the beginning of June and invited you to swim at any time. In just five minutes' walk you can also reach a very nice, clean beach – ideal for families. A larger supermarket is also easily accessible and within about 12 minutes' walking distance. All in all, a completely successful stay! David was always available and helpful.

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
