Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

L’appartamento è elegante e molto curato, la terrazza vista mare risponde alle aspettative e Rita è stata disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. Lo stabile richiederebbe qualche intervento di manutenzione (intonaco scrostato e pulizia degli spazi comuni non troppo accurata). Nel complesso una buona sistemazione in un luogo in cui è piacevole sostare.

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

Ubytování bylo v pořádku, hostitelka poslala jasné pokyny jak se k ubytování dostat a kde zaparkovat. Byt byl velký a dostatečně prostorný. Jediné co by mohlo být lepší byla koupelna, konkrétně sprcha která mohla být čistší ale jinak bylo vše v pořádku. A také pokyny k třídění odpadu mohly být konkrétnější, ale naše chyba byla že jsme se hostitelky nezeptaly dříve takže v pořádku. Celkové hodnocení je 4,5⭐️/5⭐️

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni nell'appartamento di Angela e non ho parole x descrivere la serietà la pulizia e soprattutto la disponibilità di Angela...ci ha accolto come se ci conoscessimo da chi sa quanto tempo e con i miei ragazzi di 10anni non vi dico, addirittura le caramelle gli ha fatto trovare. Casa con tutti i tipi di confort dal Wi-Fi al carica batterie in camera asiugami, tutto x l'igiene personale e apprezzatissima dai ragazzi la cera x i capelli😅.Posto macchina in garage con telecomando...insomma l'ho consiglio davvero vivamente.Grazie dell'ospitalità Angela, grazie di tutto😘

L’appartamento è molto pulito e assolutamente come in foto, Giuseppe è stato davvero tanto disponibile, presente, attento a tutti i dettagli per farti avere l’esperienza, la coccola, di casa tua ma in vacanza. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare rende tutto spettacolare, l’unica nota dolente è stata dover andar via! Torneremo sicuramente, un pensiero anche per Daniel che ci ha aiutato con lettini e ombrellone, gentilissimo anche lui, sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente.

Très bon séjour. Magnifique terrasse avec vue dont nous avons profité dès le petit déjeuner. Appartement moderne et agréable. Très lumineux. Super salle d’eau ! Tout parfait.

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Francesco to miły i komunikatywny gospodarz. Udzielił niezbędnych informacji jak dostać się do stacji kolejowej i centrum Rzymu. Przywitał nas, oprowadził po apartamencie i przekazał klucze. Mieszkanie jak na zdjęciach i zgodne z opisem. Do pociągu około 10 min pieszo, stamtąd pociągiem kilka stacji do dworca Termini. Sklepy w pobliżu, miejsce parkingowe przed wejściem do mieszkania, bezpiecznie. Dziękujemy Francesco za gościnność i ciasteczka. Mam nadzieję do zobaczenia :)

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.

Sebastiano è stato un ottimo host, reattivo e si è messo a disposizione per noi! Si vede che fa questo lavoro dedicandosi con molta cura alla comunicazione con il cliente. L’appartamento del resto era veramente bello e grande, il plus sicuramente il soggiorno luminoso con il grande divano, la tv e il parcheggio privato! Da tornarci sicuramente!😊
