Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Quando si dice la vacanza perfetta.. Ecco qui lo è stata!!! Casa molto bella ordinata pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati i padroni di casa, Carlos la moglie Silvana e il figlio Alessandro. Persone stupende, disponibili sempre. Mettono gli ospiti a loro agio come fossero a casa. Non solo la consiglio ma noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

Casa curata nei minimi dettagli per garantire all ospite uno splendido soggiorno! Giardino attrezzato di tavolo e sedie, lettini e barbecue per trascorrere belle serate in compagnia e ogni stanza fornita di aria condizionata per le ore più calde! La chicca più nascosta e gradita e’ la doccia anche in giardino…la doccia dopo il mare sotto le stelle è davvero un gran regalo!! Consigliatissimo!

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Merci Michela. Accomodante pour arrivée plus tôt pour nous. Bien propre tout fonctionnel. Environnement tranquille. Très accessibile pour transport en bus à 3 minutes. Vérifier horaire de bus avec conducteurs ( horaire pas toujours à jour sur affiche à l’arrêt de bus. Contents séjour sur l’île et hébergement.

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Thank you for hosting us. The view is stunning and almost unbelievable that you get a panorama every morning, all day long. The terrace with table is great for meals. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi is fine, water pressure great. There are a lot of stairs, up and down, so lighter baggage is easier. The public bus is 2.50 € one way, and runs every 30 minutes (off season) 15 in season. The alimentari gets fresh mozzarella di buffala every day by 11:00am. It’s worth it. Try to rent a scooter and go around the island stopping at the vista points. We didn’t need a car. We ate dinner at Tramonto, at the top of a hill. Totally worth it. If you take the public bus there, ask for the staff to call you a taxi home. The local Ponza wine is great. Highly recommend and hope to be back.

Wir haben uns im Apartment von Andrea sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Check-In war sehr angenehm und wir bekamen auch gleich Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Als weiteres Plus möchte ich hervorheben, dass uns nach Anfrage ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What an absolutely lovely place! The family who run this Air BnB couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and it's just a delight with a beautiful terrace and garden where you can sit and look out over Gaeta and the bay. The rooms were so clean and we loved the separate kitchen just off the terrace as we ate outside most evenings. There's some great restaurants just a stroll away too - highly recommend La Macelleria just up to the right of the steps and close under the famous bell tower. Food was fabulous. And Emilio's which is just along the 'high street'. Also the most fabulous ice cream parlour again just under the bell tower (try 'fruiti di bosca' and Amalfi). Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Davide und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sauber, man kommt gut zufuss an den Strand oder die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Paolo è un host cortese, preciso e davvero molto disponibile. L’alloggio è molto grazioso, ben fornito (aria condizionata, wi fi, macchina del caffè e forno a microonde). Inoltre l’appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Terracina, nonché 5 minuti a piedi dal supermercato e dalla farmacia, il che rende la posizione davvero molto comoda. Grazie ancora per tutto, anche nell’averci consentito di restare qualche ora in più rispetto all’orario previsto per il check out.

Via een heel steil, smal weggetje bereikte we het huis. Wat een geweldige plek! Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Prachtige tuin. Oké, de douche is krap, maar dat gaat prima. En Vincenzo doet alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Binnen 10 minuten zitten we in Gaeta. En het minder toeristische Formia heeft ook een verrassend mooi oud centrumpje. We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

Gabriele was the perfect host, always available. The place was clean and central to everything. I highly recommend this place😆

Casa immersa nel verde e con vista spettacolare sul mare Tirreno. Arredata con gusto un po retro’ tipico delle case di mare italiane anni ‘60: un tuffo nel passato ma con tutte le comodita’ di oggi. Arredi di camere da letto, bagni e cucina molto completi. L’host molto cortese, flessibile e collaborativo. Un’esperienza molto raccomandata e per noi da ripetere. Marco
