House located in a private community. The house has air conditioning in the main room, (Wi-Fi, cable TV), comfortable and clean beds, impeccable bathroom and kitchen, and its own garage. The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near the FORUM shopping plaza, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from Puerto de San Blas. Transportation service (urban, taxis and minibuses).

Our space is located in the city of Tepic. 3 minutes from Forum Tepic, 2 minutes from Puerta de Hierro Hospital, 1 minute from Bodega Aurrerá, 1 minute from banks and stores such as auto parts stores and hardware stores. It is a very well located and safe place because it is a residential area. We are 30 minutes from San Blas and 40 minutes from the Santa Maria del Oro lagoon.

everything was great during my stay! the only thing that I would recommend from the host is eventually adding AIR CONDITIONING for her guests. aside from that everything was up to par, and would definitely stay here again! lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. easy parking.

Accommodation that matches the images shown. It has mosquito nets on doors and windows, so for me it's a plus. It fulfills absolutely all the functions of an apartment because it has a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, so the heat wasn't an issue. There's a shop and an Oxxo you can walk to. And the mall is also very close by car. Accessible and quiet area, I will definitely come back if I stay in Tepic again.

The house is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay. We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which we had not received in other Airbnbs. He was always attentive to our messages, as he answered us right away. We would definitely return to Juan's house on our next visit to Tepic.
