The location is very quiet, with access to restaurants and other amenities. In addition, the host was very attentive and from the first moment he communicated to make us feel at home. It fulfills its function, for an express stay, for hot water you have to ask, but if you have the hot water tap, the only detail are the cars that pass and make noise at night, everything else 10/10, it fulfills its purpose

A small but very well distributed house, the room will be collected PRI could have air conditioning, it is located within a private estate so it offers a lot of security. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our concerns, she was always available, my stay was very short so I could not enjoy all the amenities offered by this accommodation but it is definitely highly recommended

The house was just as it is in the photos. A very quiet place and the house is very cozy, the terrace is great because it has a barbecue. It's close to everything and we really had a great time. The only thing is that when I arrived it was a little dirty in the kitchen.

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.

A great place to relax, with a pool, soccer court, basketball, children's games. Very spacious house with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Very ventilated and lots of light. Quiet place and always guarded. Nereyda always attentive to our messages.

The house is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay. We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which we had not received in other Airbnbs. He was always attentive to our messages, as he answered us right away.
