Beach house vacation rentals in Tenby

We had a wonderful stay here - particularly with our two kiddos. The space felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming to children, with toys, a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate ready for our use! Our hosts were so kind and communicative - there was a low battery on one of the smoke detectors when we arrived, and Chris came out right away to fix it for us. We felt close to everything - the Mumbles pier, Joe's ice cream, Caswell Beach (among others!) and Clyne Gardens ... but still private and calm for early bedtimes. It was absolutely wonderful - we'd recommend it to anyone and would happily stay there again.

A wonderful find for a walking break to the Gower area. Super easy to get to our walking routes by car, and also to get to the restaurants and shops of the Mumbles by foot. Very short walk to the sea. The cottage itself is lovely and very peaceful with a nice garden to enjoy pre or post a day out. Suited us perfectly and we found parking to be no issue at all. Sharon was friendly and helpful from the point of booking. Great find.

This is a great sized home which was perfect for our trip to Wales. The Kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances and plenty of utensils. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with one of these being an on-suite off the small double. All facilities were clean, comfortable and suitable for us (4 Adults) The houses unique feature is the open plan lounge and dining room. It has glass bifold doors with amazing views of the estuary and beyond. This vista experience is further enhanced, from the vaulted decking area, with unspoilt views of the river in both directions. Parking is not available directly outside the house due to the width of road and enforced double yellow lines. However, Clive does provide a single grass verge parking area, outside a house, about a 5 minute walk away. Great food at the local pub and at the village fish and chip shop. We throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Princess House, which was perfect for us. We would highly recommend it

we had such a lovely time here, so peaceful and the hot tub was great! definitely recommend. one thing - we had some trouble getting just eat to deliver so maybe don't rely on this!

I would highly recommend a stay at Seabank. There was clear and helpful communication from host Janine and the house was beautifully decorated, homely and welcoming. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The provisions left for us on arrival were most welcome. A great location with views across the estuary, peaceful and quiet, with a pleasant beach just a short walk away. The local castle is well worth a visit for amazing wider views of the estuary and access to a coastal path is nearby. The term “hidden gem” can be overused but it certainly applies to the pretty village of Llansteffan. We would definitely return to Seabank another time.

The best views from any place weve stayed, it was absolutely beautiful. Watched dolphins in the bay everyday. It is quite hilly in New Quay but only a few minutes walk to the harbour shops and bars. We really loved the vibe and were made to feel really welcome by the locals.

Great stay at Gary’s. The view from the lounge is amazing and the area is quiet and beautiful. Great place to visit north Pembrokshire. Gary is very kind and friendly.

A wonderful family home containing everything you need. It is comfortably and well furnished. The children's room was very welcome and well used by our children. The house is very well placed and the parking area was extremely useful. It is a great base for exploring Swansea and the surrounding area with pretty beaches very close by. The Mumbles is well served with shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the house. We had 6 fabulous nights and would definitely return again. Kathryn is a very responsive and welcoming host. Thank you for having us.

Hayley was fantastic. Quick to reply to messages. Caravan was homely and had all that we needed, clean and comfy - a pair of binoculars to help with dolphin spotting!

We had a fantastic stay, the house was lovely and had everything we could need. Walking distance into Tenby was very handy (if you don’t mind a hill). Host was great with detailed instructions. We would love to stay again.

Really nice caravan, well presented and really clean and tidy, the park is a little dated but they have lots for young kids to do. We bought the leisure passes and did actually use them as the pool is small and not many activities for older kids. We left the park everyday to visit different places so if that’s what your after this is perfect

fantastic house to stay in if you're in Pembrokeshire. the heated pool was a great addition and really made the trip memorable as even on a rainy day it was still so fun for the kids in our group. all the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! & the view is incredible overlooking Saundersfoot and the sea. Rob was communicative and helpful and we had no issues during our time here. would 100% stay here again

A glorious few days here! Steph's place: immaculate with thoughtful touches like tea bags, coffee, and sugar beside the kettle. Parking was right outside the door so easy unloading. I'm familiar with the area, I lived nearby as a child, we knew where the great walks are: when the tide is low, walk to the next secluded cove and back over the cliffs, also from Duke's Drive there is a footpath that goes up a deep wooded valley following a stream, eventually you come out on the hills above next to a wind turbine. And exploring caves just around the headland on the beach. I couldn't get a good wifi connection in situ, which was actually a bonus; instead of doing work and hobby stuff on my laptop, we had evening walks to the beach (a ten-minute walk, to watch the surfers in the setting sun). Cafes/pubs we visited all had good free wifi. Steph very generously allowed me to charge my car, which saved the hassle of public chargers, and she would not take any payment for the electric used.

We had a wonderful stay at the caravan. Great location, sea view and directly down a path to the beach. Perfect for walking along the beach to New quay town. New quay is gorgeous seaside town, we see dolphins every visit ( from harbour and boats). You can hire paddleboards etc. Very close to walk to the woods and river ( near Cei Bach beach) another beautiful spot. Amanda (host) was really lovely and good communication over messages before and during our stay. The caravan was clean and really easy check, really spacious! Things to know- The path to/from the beach is a bit steep, But lots of people taking prams and small kids so is doable and was fine for us. You do need to bring towels and bed sheets, but it basically has everything else you need for a short stay. Nothing to do with the lovely host-the caravan is on large Haven site and was noisy most of the day &nighttime ( until about 2pm which really surprised me) so bring headphones if you a light sleeper. We loved our stay!

Stunning location with a bench on the porch for watching the tide, boats and sunsets. The house was great with everything you need, pretty spacious and the bed was super comfortable. That’s a huge plus!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

St Bride’s Cottage is perfect and this area of the South Pembrokeshire coast is staggeringly beautiful. The cottage is everything it promised to be - rustic charm, tranquility, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, plenty of space and storage, and wonderful views of Saundersfoot. Many beautiful walks and days out close by even in the heart of winter and so many choices for first rate food (catering for all budgets).Stephen was a most gracious and responsive host from the very first enquiry I sent. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had and we would return in a heartbeat.

Hayley's place was perfect for a few days in Saundersfoot. Excellent location with parking, a few steps away from great restaurants and the beach. Hayley gave us all the info we needed ahead of our stay and accommodated our request to check-in a little earlier. The flat had everything we needed and the AC was particularly welcome during the days we had hot weather.

The place is in a beautiful location between Tenby and Saundersfoot, not far from the coast as described. Amy is helpful and informative, a great host. I had to cut my stay down because of a family illness and Amy was very supportive and understanding. I will go back and would highly recommend. First class.

"Home from home" is the best way I can think of to describe our feeling after the long drive to Tenby. Katherine's tip to use the two hour parking slot at the end of the road for unloading was invaluable. I have to make a special comment about the comfort of the beds. We have come away with the mattress details with a plan to upgrade our own with same. There was long faces from one and all when our seemingly brief 6 night visit came to an end. What an amazing house - the location is perfect for exploring Tenby or catching the bus to surrounding areas! The house was very clean and had so much space! The perfect getaway!
