Magical Space and Perfect Host! Jane's beautiful cottage is a dream retreat! The cottage is nestled in lush roses with soft waterfall sounds and nature as far as the eye can see from the cute private patio. Crisp, fresh interior and the coziest beds and linens made the space inviting both day and night! Jane was so kind and helpful! She was quickly and joyfully available for anything, like making sure I knew how to get the amazing spa to the perfect temperature:) You are surrounded by vineyards and nature while just a short drive to Tin City and downtown Paso Robles. Julia’s place was great! The location was convenient and the bikes were a real nice add. Cots were surprisingly comfortable and we had everything we needed. House manager was helpful and responsive

We had a great time here. Very comfy bed, very nice interior decoration, very cosy. We loved the cold dips in the pool and running to the hot tub. It felt like we were alone with the wildlife: deers, squirrels, a skunk and many many birds. The short flat trail on the property is nice. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The Airbnb itself was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We LOVED the outdoor courtyard and the additional touches that made our stay memorable. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

We absolutely loved this cottage, it was the perfect location, a quick walk to downtown. The place itself looked just like the photos, was clean and had everything we needed! We will be back!

Very beautiful house and close to the waterfront! Don’t let the size deceive you, we fit 6 adults, a service animal, and a baby in this cozy home. Great kitchen with upgraded appliances, plenty of towels and blankets, and one of the coziest backyards I’ve had the pleasure of having in a rental. Just a note, the room with two double beds, it’s a day bed with trundle. I was told it was very comfy!

Great place, located a short walk to Embarcadero St. and with wonderful views of Morro Rock. The cottage is cozy and has nice upgrades. A really nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was so cute, clean, and unique. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The porch right on the water was amazing too. We splurged a bit to stay here but it was well worth it!

Staying at Tiana's cottage was hands down one of the best Air Bnb experiences I've ever had. The home was in a perfect location, and thanks to Tiana's clear and friendly communication, it was also really easy to find and get in. No detail was overlooked and the space was spotless and charming. We instantly felt right at home and didn't want our stay to come to an end. There is so much to do within a few minutes' drive. Lots of good dining, shopping and hiking. For vintage shoppers, definitely check out Divers on Morro Bay Blvd. They had so much good stuff. Breakfast at High Tide (a short walk or drive from Tiana's cottage) was really good, healthy and made by super friendly people. We loved our stay in Morro Bay and I can't wait to return (and stay at Tiana's place again).

Great place, very cozy

Location was great for our visit with family in Atascadero & Paso Robles. The cottage was well appointed and clean. Kcups and coffee creamer were available for us. We didn’t do any cooking, but cookware & utensils were available. The bathroom and shower were great, and the bed was comfortable. Luggage racks were provided in the bedroom closet. Since we stayed 4 nights a shelf or drawer would have been convenient to unpack some of our clothing. We’ll definitely book again when we return to the area.

The little cottage was adorable and away from traffic and noise. We were among the large tree and birds, and just so quite and peaceful. We felt like we were the only ones around. The cottage is little but so adorable. I was impressed on how clean everything was and in great condition. I would stay here again since it is close to Paso Robles. For us older ones (76 years old) you have to be careful climbing the stairs to the loft. We had a couple of good laughs with our clumsiness of trying to be careful, but all was good. We slept very well in the comfortable bed in the loft. Thank you so much April for reminders and instructions, it was all very helpful.

We had planned on staying Paso, but pivoted last minute and were delighted with our stay in Templeton (a very charming town). This cottage has a great outdoor space to watch the raptors, ravens and other birds. the location is great for visiting wineries and also close to Tin City.

this was my partner and i first time staying at an Airbnb, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out at Sarah’s beautiful cottage. 🥹 i would definitely recommend Sarah’s place for anyone visiting Atascadero or any of near by cities, it’s truly worth it. ☺️ 1000000/100000 ⭐️ we’re definitely hoping to come here again for our future trips out here in Atascadero.

We absolutely love this little place. It was perfect for my husband my daughter and I. It was perfectly set up inside with everything we needed. Walking distance from everything. We will definitely be staying here again. Excellent price for what you got and where you were located
