Beach Getaway

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
