Schallerhof Sterzing is simply home. We felt pampered from the first contact with Veronika and Philipp. From the first contact, they were always able to give us clear and precise directions on how to get to their home. The house is a farm located more than a thousand meters above sea level with a breathtaking view of the city of Vipiteno and the beautiful mountain range attached, easily reachable by car. They have a beautiful farm with various animals such as sheep from which they then obtain the milk that is used to produce yogurt, cheese, eggs and other delicious delicacies. The apartment is warm and welcoming, thanks to the wood that surrounds the whole house, with attention to the smallest details. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Cleanliness is 10/10 with honors. Breakfast is prepared and served in a very nice basket. The highlight, however, is waking up in the morning and opening the window, you will enjoy a view that I have rarely seen in my travels.

We had a fantastic stay at Gitti’s place. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully organised. We didn’t miss anything. It was very easy to enter, thanks to the clear instructions. To top it off, Gitti is amazing person. She was friendly, very responsive and was always available to help. We are very glad we chose her place to stay. :-)

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
