The apartment is located in 6165 Telfes im Stubai, a charming village in the Tyrolean Stubai Valley. The region is well known for its impressive mountains, numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails and winter sports. In a few minutes you can reach the Serlesbahnen, the Stubay leisure pool or the idyllic bird of prey park. The Stubai Glacier is also easily accessible.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
