Our quietly located 40 m² non-smoking apartment is located at the back of our house with a small garden and seating for our guests. Amenities: Kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom (3 beds), bathroom/toilet (bathtub), satellite TV. , 1 parking space in front of the house. Dish towels, towels, bed linens and toilet paper are provided 1 x. No pets allowed! In the apartment there are 2 locked rooms that can only be used by the owner.

The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
