Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage in mitten von Wiesen und Wälder. Der schönen Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung, wo man bei einen Glas Wein noch den Sternenhimmel betrachten kann. Mit ein wenig Glück kann man auch ein Wildtier, wie einen Hirsch oder ein Reh, beobachten. Für dein Mittag- oder Abendessen kannst du frische Kräuter aus den Kräutergarten holen und frische Milch und Eier, von unseren Hühnern, für das Frühstück gibt es auch bei uns. Kostenlose ist der Südtirolpass.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Zentrum von Kastelruth mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist 1 km entfernt und auch in 10 Fussminuten über einen Wanderweg direkt hinter unserem Haus erreichbar. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Quiet, relax, and fantastic mountain. Due to the strategic position of this little apartment (30 sq mt) in the centre of Siusi, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the wonderful UNESCO Dolomites. The apartment is very quiet and sunny, and close to restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. The apartment has a terrace just in front of the Scilliar. Possibility of paid yoga courses and guided tours on the Alpe di Siusi.
