The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

This is a fully refurbished unique apartment which is situated across two floors of a substantial Georgian house.It has been decorated throughout in light,fresh whites,greys & blues to echo the amazing and far reaching views of the river which are visible from the back of the property. A Victorian mid terraced house in Teignmouth, South Devon. Renovated to a high standard. A spacious accommodation which includes a living dining room. kitchen, separate utility room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
