Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

Two tall arched windows frame a stunning sea view, allowing natural light to fill the airy living space. A dining table is set nearby, surrounded by modern chairs, while a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area complete the inviting atmosphere.

Devon Flat with a Sea View

Lovely flat in Teignmouth with an amazing sea view that is within minutes from the beach. It comfortably sleeps four. (Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. All are within a short walking distance so there is plenty to do. However, in the case of a rainy day there is Wi-Fi, a Ps4, a Wii and plenty of board games to help to keep you occupied.

Harbour View ,unique space with far reaching views

This is a fully refurbished unique apartment which is situated across two floors of a substantial Georgian house.It has been decorated throughout in light,fresh whites,greys & blues to echo the amazing and far reaching views of the river which are visible from the back of the property. There are quirky features throughout including a window seat overlooking the shops below. The easy chairs are the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over the River Teign.

Chloe’s apartment was lovely, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and great location- really easy walk into town. Chloe was very responsive, friendly and a great host all round. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. Would 100% recommend.

The Apartment was second to none its very Central to everything including the pubs, restaurants and the Centre of Teignmouth, very pristine Apartment had everything that we needed, was a very nice place to just chill and even had a view of the Sea. Would advise anyone to stay there its Value for Money. Would stay there again in a Heatbeat.

A window offers a clear view of rolling hills and the valley beyond, framed by soft, natural light. A small vase with lavender is situated on the windowsill, adding a touch of decor to the simple, clean design.

I stayed at Bethanys air bnb for one night as I was working in the area. Check is made very easy with a lockbox and clear instructions from Bethany. The space is wonderful and so well designed. it feels really comfortable and very practical. The kitched is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a decent meal. Everything was spotless and well looked after. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has been put into this air bnb. Even though it's part of their home, it's on a different level so it feels very private. It's a shame I visited for a work trip and I would have loved to have explored the local area more (which is GORGEOUS). The location is fantastic too. The bed is wonderful, it's so comfy and I slept so well in it. I stay in a lot of air bnbs and this one is up there! I would 100% recommend! Thank you Bethany!! 😊

This worked out really well following a booking that was cancelled, close to our travel date, by a holiday cottage company. Though the street is a main road, the flat is in a very peaceful lane behind with well kept gardens. All went well. My dad and brother stayed and had a very comfortable, peaceful night.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsty's place, right in the heart of Teignmouth and so close to the beach and all of the amenities of the town. There were plenty of games and things to occupy ourselves at home when the weather was wet and the house is right next door to the local heritage centre and museum, which made for an easy trip out. The house is really well set up for families, with a double room on the first floor with its own shower room and then two further bedrooms on the second floor with another bathroom. This just made it so easy to be together with children and grandparents, with enough space for everyone. There were just so many thoughtful little touches like step stools in the bathrooms for the kids, a great array of kitchen equipment and safety devices on the blinds - it all helps make you feel at home and reduces some of the worries of travelling with children. We would thoroughly recommend Kirsty's place.

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

Loft apartment by the beach- fantastic views

Fantastic loft in Shaldon—just as described! Clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful with several beaches, pubs, and restaurants all within walking distance. We loved the £2 ferry to Teignmouth and also walked it one evening (just 25 mins). Enjoyed live music at Teignmouth Back Beach—such a great vibe. The car park near The Ness is good value and convenient. We booked a last-minute 2-night stay and had the best weekend. The Shaldon Zoo is also worth a visit. Would definitely come back!
