Il casale è un’ antica dimora colonica dalla tipica architettura marchigiana. È formato da due appartamenti uno dei quali abitato dall’ Host e l’altro dedicato all’ Ospite. In comune c' é un ingresso interno di passaggio ( foto). Ristrutturata su più piani, conserva il vecchio sapore delle calde case di un tempo. Soggiorna tra colli, città e mare. Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti gli scorci della riviera. Zona centro congressi, poco distante dal centro storico in un lungo viale che collega la spina dorsale riminese tra entroterra e mare. Facilmente raggiungibile dal casello dell'autostrada (Rimini Sud) e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Al quarto piano con balcone che riceve il tramonto sullo skyline riminese.
