It boasts an inglenook fireplace and wood burner with an open plan living and dining area. There is a small kitchenette and a choice of continental breakfast is provided. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ashcott overlooking the Quantock hills with beautiful views and has access to many country walks.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Being close to the national cycle routes 33 and 339 it is popular with cyclists, walkers, and bird watchers alike.

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.
