Franz is an excellent host. Friendly, nice and gives very quick feedback on questions. Apartment is super furnished and the beds are very comfortable. All in all, highly recommended.

The house is so nice that you want to stay in and enjoy it. It's in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Munich. But only 30 minutes to the town center by car or metro. There were some great restaurants in the nearby town, for the nights when you aren't down town. Kristina's place was super clean and beautifully decorated. We really loved the tall wall to wall glass doors leading to the tiny pond garden in the backyard. very very clean. Kitchen is well rquipped, and the coolest shower I've seen. Now my wife wants to redesign our bathroom!

Monika was a wonderful host and did an excellent job of making sure it was a great stay for us.

Home away from home. Sophia’s house was wonderful & spacious. All the rooms are upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed some local beer thanks to Sophia. Would stay again. It’s about :30 from the city (Uber is 40-60) and can be tricky getting large uber to city. Supposedly local transportation is easy to navigate, but we were a bit intimidated.

We (two bike packers) were very spontaneously allowed to stay at Anesa's. The accommodation is an attic apartment with private access, great amenities and in a quiet location. The apartment looks freshly renovated and was very clean. Kitchen with everything you need was also provided. All in all, great.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos don't do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little far from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

I personally would rate the property and stay of mine as fantastic. Very easy to reach anywhere in the city A few minutes walk ones reaches the forst area and one can go for long walks cycling ++. Perfect location.

Quiet accommodation with a very nice host who always responded quickly. Location a little outside, but with public transport you can reach the city in about 30 minutes. The accommodation is rather small, but perfectly adequate for 2 people. It is clean and has everything you need.

Used the place as a pit stop for a meeting. stayed just the night but everything was perfect. the coffee and tea was a special treat :)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink the first coffee on the balcony overlooking the countryside while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work works with the existing WiFi most of the time. Munich is a 30-minute drive away.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

We immediately felt at home. The home is very cosy and clean, all amenities are in walking distance. Also, good location to do some excursions to Munich or the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the very friendly hosts !

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic – nature begins right outside the front door, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. There were four of us plus baby traveling and there was plenty of room – both indoors and outdoors. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the tranquility. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time – we will be happy to come back!

Very nice communication with a very good description of the accommodation. Nearby we found nothing where we could eat something in the evening and then drove to the village, but it was not so bad in total, recommended.

Highly recommend! I spent 4 months at Ann-Marie's place and already the warm welcome by the two hosts, immediately created a cozy atmosphere and a home feeling. Every request was immediately met. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for short or long stays. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. One of the highlights is the beautiful, spacious terrace. Enjoying the peace and quiet in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunset in the evening was pure relaxation. The location is perfect for nature lovers – away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Ideal for hiking and recreation in nature. I highly recommend this idyllic retreat and look forward to my next visit!
