The Oyster House is absolutely amazing. The perfect place to rest and unwind with a spectacular view and peaceful surrounds. The kitchen was well stocked and the home very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting in front of the fire and soaking up the ambiance. This was our first trip to Tasmania and we have enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be returning to the Oyster House. We had a wonderful stay at Quarry Hill Lookout. The house was incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of books and games that kept our family entertained throughout the trip. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine, which quickly became part of my morning routine and a calming start to each day. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful placement of clear, specific instructions around the house. Whether it was using the fire heater or operating the coffee maker, everything was meticulously explained to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The indoor heating worked very well and kept us warm and comfortable. There was also a large area for parking, which made it very convenient. Nicola was a super friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Winged House, and it exceeded every expectation. Perched dramatically above the Bass Strait, the property offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views that shift constantly with the moods of the sea and sky—storms rolling in, magnificent sunsets, and stars appearing in pristine darkness. The house itself is a work of art: luxurious, private, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful inclusions throughout. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for—there were generous treats waiting for us, and every detail had clearly been considered to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. What truly stood out was the sense of solitude and serenity. We felt wrapped in nature, yet cocooned in comfort. The ever-changing views of ocean and sky were mesmerizing, offering a rare sense of peace and inspiration. For anyone seeking a unique, luxurious retreat where nature and architecture combine, we wholeheartedly recommend The Winged House.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home—not just a holiday rental. Everything was so well maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Ben and Tess were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s the little things that really stood out: a pantry stocked with essentials like olive oil, a lovely selection of teas and coffee, and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made such a difference. The decor throughout the house was absolutely stunning—stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The home is in the perfect spot, with scenery that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. As it was far away from the rest of civilization, there was no light pollution and we got to see the milky way at night. We also enjoyed petting shadow the horse, walks by the river, and sitting by the fireplace.

We loved our stay at Sophie’s place! Communication was great and check in to check out was seamless. The house is styled beautifully, well equipped and has a very homely feel. I would happily recommend Sophie’s place to anyone visiting Bruny!

Seaview is such an amazing place to stay while in Hobart. Georgina has curated a beautiful home with many special spaces within it. I cannot fault our stay at Seaview, it is stunning.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The views are incredible from every room, making you feel like you are on the edge of the world. The bathtub view was a favorite for us, although the view from the Sauna was right up there too! There are so many thoughtful additions for guests- spices in the pantry, books to read - and our kids especially liked the extra toys and games! Macy was such an incredibly responsive host - getting back to us within minutes. All to say- this was a wonderful stay on our trip around Tasmania and we will certainly be back!

Sandra’s place was a perfect place for exploring Cradle. The place was cozy and it was great that we were able to cook dinner. Her instructions were very helpful too. Make sure you get groceries before you go. I highly recommend Sandra’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! Sonia is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we were especially impressed by the detailed travel guide she personally made. It gave us a deeper understanding of Hobart’s history and culture, and added so much value to our experience. The location is also perfect: very close to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight—they offered stunning views of Hobart and let in beautiful natural light. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hobart!

I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay at Ruth’s. The space was warm, cozy and inviting after my long work days. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and modern. Ruth was a great host. Thank you.

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

We had a lovely time staying in the loft. It is very clean, something important to us and we felt very comfortable. We loved the view, the comfortable bed, the easy kitchen, the location close to the beach and walks. It has been one of the nicest places we have stayed in for convenience and comfort. The car was off the street too.

Great stay. Lovely views. Quiet and comfortable. We had our own parking space and entrance. Friendly hosts who also respected our privacy.

The location of this two bedroom unit makes it unbeatable! The beds and bedding were fresh and comfy. Kitchen and bathroom both modern. Whilst the unit itself and furnishing were a little dated, it was clean and had everything we needed. The location meant we were not home much!

Beautiful place to stay whilst exploring Hobart. Felt very central and walkable to most areas. Had a wonderful stay here.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Natalie’s apartment. The location of the apartment is great with lots to do with close walking distance. The apartment itself is very spacious, modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our family of 4. Natalie and the co-host Dave were really responsive and were immediately able to help out after we had an issue with an access key. Highly recommended.

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
