Retreat in Paradise

Bird song is fabulous. No sandflies! If you are in need of a quiet place to retreat, this would be ideal. First breakfast and spa pool included. We can add a mattress on the floor for a child. Toilet, shower, electricity and WIFI are in our homestead 100 m away. We provide food by request. $20 dinner. Cellphone coverage is 2 km down the road. No heating in the hut but it has all day sun and warms up quickly. Complimentary bikes. Frozen bone release and deep healing treatments by appointment.

The back of the property runs down to a safe tidal estuary that's very popular with children to play around in canoes and small boats. Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.
