The accomodation was very cosy. Surroundings was quiet and close to the cycling road. We loved the view on the mountains. The accomodation fullfiled our expectations. We also appreciate beautifull garden, our dog really loved it. Raffaella sent us many usefull information and allow us the late check out.

Miha is a great host, he was very open and friendly, and gave us lots of recommendations and ideas what to do and where to eat. We loved the house and the view, its decorated with heart and you can see the passion and love Miha devoted to it. we had an amazing stay, we relaxed at the fireplace and loved the view, we visited places and had fun. the location of the house is excellent, we would love to come again. all the best wishes, Miha! :)

Amazing stay in a stunning location with a beautiful view. The house was perfect for our needs, and Miha was lovely, very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for hikes in the surrounding area. We will be back! :)

Super cozy cottage, beautiful and quiet location. Good base for nice walks in Triglav National Park, lake of Bohinj, Bled and Lublijana (albeit by car). Everything was present and especially very clean. Entry with code was very convenient and Nadja was also available for questions. Top experience.

The chalet at Kanzelhöhe is beautiful. The path to the Kanzelhöhe offers beautiful views, but no comparison to the view when arriving at the chalet, whether in daylight or at night. You can enjoy this in complete tranquility. The chalet invites in the fire in the evenings and you can enjoy this perfectly on the covered terrace. The associated bathhouse in the field on the lake also offers beautiful views, tranquility and everything you need for a day at the lake. The owners are incredibly accommodating, helpful and have been available day or night. We will come back and enjoy Austria in this beautiful chalet.

A great place to stay. Impressive scenery ideal for rest and relaxation. Great hiking opportunities. Although I was there in February and there was still some snow, my fellow travelers and I decided to climb the nearby mountain. Was a bit difficult and partly dangerous but the view from the very top was even more fantastic than from the chalet itself. Very recommended.

Really a great, very well maintained and clean house. The sauna is great and so is the location. The ski resort can be reached in a few minutes' walk and there is also a larger ski resort not far away if you need it. We were all very comfortable. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Communication was always super fast, helpful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with panoramic views all around. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace after a day of hiking—it felt like a dream!

We were welcomed by the super friendly host, even hours before our planned arrival. Most stunning views on the lakes, in the middle of the forrest with silence all around. The place is super spacious and has been kept authentic without feeling old. We were a group of 6 friends, for us the rooms and beds felt a bit small but that fades away by the absolutely stunning surroundings.

We chose this place to stay mainly because of the proximity to the surrounding lakes and hiking destinations. We were 12 for three nights in Philip's house and had a wonderful time, nothing was missing. We would come back anytime!

Our stay in the Italian alps was a truly magical escape. Surrounded by breathtaking peaks and lush valleys, the rebuilt border guard fort offered a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comforts. Each morning, we awoke to fresh mountain air and stunning views in every direction. Days were spent hiking through awe-inspiring landscapes, highlights including a serene picnic at lake avostanis between peaks, and many wildlife sightings that thrilled our son. Some evenings we enjoyed the outdoor bbq, we bought from a butcher in the valley, and dining on freshly grilled locally farmed delicacies while watching the sun go down over the peaks was not like any other dining experience. We had many breakfasts just sitting on the stairs of the front door, the views were always new as the slowly moving weather and sun created a continous change of the amazing landscape. The hospitality of our host Giovanni was exceptional! This is a truly unique experience we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Quirky set up but genius for a big group. Each bedroom is like a mini apartment, nice to have a private space when travelling with a large group. Large gathering space and commercial type kitchen. Was worried about no AC first week of September but the nights cooled down and it was completely comfortable, it must be the mountain area because Italy was brutal in the same timeframe. Very central to hike Triglav, visit Bled and Ljubliana. Try the wood fired pizza place in town, really good pizza. Kaja is great and we would stay here again.

We had wonderful days at Mary's cozy cabin! There was nothing missing, great amenities and everything was very clean. Maria was always available for questions and responded quickly and kindly. We can totally recommend this cabin in the best location (right on the ski slope) and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Clive and Myrna’s house. Excellent location between Bled and Bohinj lakes. The kids had fun by the river and we especially enjoyed our evening dinners on the covered terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses are of good quality and we all slept well. We appreciated the ensuite rooms with private access from the outside. I recommend !

The contact with and the reception of Michaela & family was super nice, I was in good hands and felt comfortable right away. The chalet is beautiful and well furnished, extremely well equipped and everything was very clean. A feel-good place, rainy days can be well endured. The bathing bay is perfect for the beautiful days, long walks along the river and countless outdoor activities can be found around the area. A perfect stay!

We had a lovely, short stay at the Chalet Studio! The area was really quiet and had great nature! The studio itself was really cozy and we felt very comfortable - especially in the autumn weather! The breakfast offer was also really great, so we had the opportunity to try regional food. We would love to visit this place again at a warmer time of year! - Greetings!

If you are looking for a private access to the lake, a modern house and amenities this the object you should go for. It was our first time in n kaernten and we loved it. Great hiking tours starting right at your door step; tschebul is a great restaurant within 10 min walk, we tried the whole menu in course of 10 days and we cooked also at home. Having your own access to the lake was beautiful with morning coffee, during the day while you work and just jump into the lake at a break or in the evening lying on the steg and watching the stars and enjoying an amaro.
