The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

The ski slopes are a five-minute walk away, close to the bike path, the bus station is a five-minute walk away and the train station (2 km).

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
