The vacation home with the apartment for up to 6 people is located in the bathing and recreational resort of Stinjan approx. 1.2 km from the fine pebble beach. Stinjan is a quiet suburb of the city of Pula. Located opposite Brijuni National Park. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with a gym, TV, Wi-Fi access and air conditioning. A pool and parking are available free of charge for our guests in the house.

Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.
