Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The fire place in the living room brings cosiness to dull days. The fabulous roof terrace is also used from the 4 B&B rooms and also ourselves.
