We had a great stay at Brice's B&B, and felt welcome. The reception was welcoming and good explanation of what was needed. We were also surprised with a few tasty local products. The house is comfortable and sparkling clean, a lovely bed, and nice garden with garden furniture to enjoy e.g. the many birds. Very nice that the windows have an insect screen. In the area you can make beautiful bike rides, (over bike path) or visit other sights. There is a lot of information about this in the house. The contact with Brice and co-host Mathieu is fast, friendly and clear.

A big thank you to the host for hosting us impeccably! Very attentive and responsive, he was able to respond quickly to all our requests. The accommodation perfectly matches the photos: modern, clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was perfectly maintained, which greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. A very nice experience, highly recommend!

pleasant stay at Marc's. The accommodation is furnished and decorated tastefully and classily. The bedding is comfortable. The accommodation is located in a quiet area with the port of la guittiere within walking distance. Excellent stay. In addition Marc is reachable and flexible so that the stay goes as well as possible. I recommend it without a second thought. Be careful however, in the description of the listing I did not understand that the master suite was not directly accessible from the house (but really not very far!!).

Very pleasant accommodation, great location, comfortable and convenient. Quiet place, soothing cocoon, but not small, with all the advantages of its geographical location: close to shops and beautiful beaches. I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent 3 nights in the accommodation. This stay was very pleasant, we were able to enjoy the spa. The host is very friendly and accessible. The city is pleasant (activities, many shops, a beach accessible to dogs, medieval castle, nature area for walking...). However, we stayed with our dog and it was a little awkward in the sense that the accommodation, being semi-private with a small grassy area, was not fully fenced. Our dog was able to pass through the bushes and ended up on the road, fortunately our dog is not a runner. This is the only downside. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, we recommend it.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Excellent stay in this studio, it has everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodation meets our expectations in a beautiful environment.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Accommodation conveniently located near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk to downtown/swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A closed garage in the basement very convenient (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

Excellent stay with very good directions to get there. Parking space is very convenient. The apartment is nice to live in with a great view. We recommend!

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right next to restaurants and the sea where we were able to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Even in high heat outside, the accommodation remains cool and we did not need air conditioning. We strongly recommend!
