The best thing about this apartment, without hesitation, is the stunning view of the harbor and the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony, in this quiet park. Ideal place for departures for walks and bike rides. Small convenience store and bars/restaurants at the foot of the residence. It would be perfect with wifi in addition and a bed for 2 people instead of 3. The bunk bed is too low, you can easily bump into it and it prevents the use of wall lamps for reading at night. We slept head to toe... The shower is really small, difficult to turn around without moving the faucet. But we still had a great stay.

We spent 3 nights with our 20-month-old son in this beautiful apartment (thank you for the folding crib available!). The place is very nice, small but well organized, functional and welcoming. The terrace is very nice, as well as all the amenities available. Communication with Pascal is fluid and pleasant, he is responsive, available and couldn't be clearer (and leaves a nice touch for his guests to start the holidays well!). The environment is also very appreciable, all the essentials are nearby, we only moved on foot or by bike: perfect for a change of scenery! The pool is a big plus in good weather. Note, as indicated it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator (easy and covered stairs), and the bedroom being small, the space around the bed is really minimal, but it is a 160 bed with very good bedding, you can't have everything :) In short, great value for money, we recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.

Great stay. The apartment is very nice, clean, bright and well arranged. The residence is quiet, pedestrian, close to shops. It has a lake, a swimming pool with several pools and a park where it is nice to walk Many bike paths crisscross the surroundings. Antoine is an excellent host. He is very responsive, very attentive. I would highly recommend this listing.

Accommodation meets expectations and very clear instructions

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

The apartment is very well located, the city center is a 10-minute walk, you have a bakery nearby with a pharmacy and a Carrefour 5 minutes' walk. All roads to tourist spots are very accessible. It's just necessary to specify that you need a small car to park in the parking space, otherwise, it's easy to park in adjacent streets. The apartment was very functional and clean. We would recommend this listing. In addition, Catherine was very friendly and responded quickly to the questions asked! And in addition, you can bring your pet! In short, great!

Studio is as shown in the photos, well appointed and has everything you need for a few days. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is then a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.
