Lake view apartment completely renovated and equipped with every comfort located in the heart of the village of Castel Gandolfo a few steps from the papal residence and 45 minutes by train from the center of Rome. 1 double bedroom with lake view, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed (1 p.) TV and table. Kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, sink, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Lake-view terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning. No pets allowed.

Villa Anna

The villa is just 3 km from the center of Genzano di Roma, a town belonging to the Castelli Romani or Colli Albani. There are 2 connecting stations, the first is located in Cecchina, which is about 2.5 km away; the other is located in Campoleone, from which the train leaves for Rome every hour and arrives in just 20 minutes. The 2 lakes make the Castles truly fascinating, the first smaller one is located between Genzano and Nemi. The final cleaning fee is 100 euros to be paid on-site in cash.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

Thanks to this strategically located space, you can also get to Rome in just 40 minutes by bus in front of the house. The apartment is located on the main street of Genzano di Roma, a village in the Castelli Romani (see photo). The construction of the property was carried out in 2022.
