Yuko was very communicative when we needed help checking in and extending the stay slightly. The place is not on GPS and she gave amazing detailed instructions to find it. Would come back!

My trip was perfect. Thank you Kazuo for the hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and you have everything you need very close. I will miss the two precious cats. I hope to be able to repeat on my return to Japan :)

Small studio perfectly equipped and in a very good location, 5-10 min walk to the center of Shinjuku I'll go back there when I get back to Tokyo at the end of my Japanese trip!

very convenient for the amenities around, the services offered and visiting some areas of Tokyo! just what you need in a mop!

It is close to the subway station. The room is very small. The front desk is very welcoming. The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep on. You can see the Skytree on the rooftop.

Great spot! 10mins walk from train station. Great restaurants around too. Abit nosy on the weekdays from 8am as there is a school next door but other than that, it was a comfortable place.
